Work Experience: Over all he has more than 20 years of experience holding various positions in insurance industry. Currently he is serving as General Manager of Eyuel Ewnetu Insurance Broker. Previously he has worked as Branch Manager and Insurance Officer in Nib & Nyala Insurance Companies respectively. Moreover, he has worked as Regional Program Coordinator under UNDP (UNV Program) assigned at Addis Ababa Bureau of Finance & Economic Development (BoFED).

Moreover he has CERT, CII: Certificate in Insurance, General Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) , London and Certified Takaful Professional (CTP) .
Prize/Merit Awards: Fikru has won a prize as "Emerging Personality in Takaful and Re-Takaful Awards" by the Awards Committee of African Interest Free Banking and Finance Awards on February 18, 2020 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as recognition to his contribution to the progresses made so far in Ethiopia the Ethiopian Insurance Industry.

Work Experience: Overall he has over 18 years of experiance in the insurance industry. He is currently serving as Executive Officer(EO), Strategy and Business Development and Company secretary. Before that he was working as Manager, Business Development and Coprorate Affairs and secretary to the Board at Ethiopian Re. Previously he had worked for Ethiopian Insurance Corporation as Director, Micro-insurance Directorate,Director, Marketing and Strategic Management, as Team Leader Strategic Management,Principal Officer, Operations and Supervisor, Underwriting and Claims Sections.

Work experience: Overall he has more than 28 years of experiance holding various positions. Regarding his experience, as Board Director, he has served Nib International Bank as board member, representing Nib Insurance Compnay (NIC) and Served NIC as board member for two consecutive terms. Moreover, he has also Served Ministry of Transport and Communication for Insurance Fund Administration Agency as member of Board of Director and Served as member of the Executive Committee for more than two years in the formation of Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company. On the operational spectrum, he has also worked in the capacity of General manager /CEO and Deputy General Manager for Operations in NIb Insurance SC Currently, he is working as CEO of HABESHA Insurance Broker.

Work Experience: Overall he has over 15 years of experience holding various positions. Currently, he is serving as Director General Insurance Claims Directorate at Awash insurance CO.SC. He has worked in the insurance industry holding various positions including Claims Department Manager, Branch I,II,and III Manager, and various underwriting and claims positions.

Work Experience: He has over 25 years experience in various organizations holding various positions. Currently, he is serving as Deputy Managing Director-Operations at Africa Insurance Company SC. Previously, he has worked as CEO-Abay Insurance S.C, Project Manager for the formation of Bunna Insurance S.C. and Chief Executive - Marketing & Business Development, Manager, Marketing & Business Dev't Department, and Deputy Managing Director-Resource Management in Africa Insurance SC .

Previously, he has served as Manager, Risk and Compliance Department and Manager Audit and Inspection Department in Nib Insurance Company Share Company. He has also served as Auditor and Senior Auditor, Manager Management Audit Department and Manager, General Services Department at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation.

Regarding her experience, She is currently working as General Manager(CEO) of United Insurance SC. previously she has served as Deputy General Manager Operations, Manager Operaions in United Insurance. Before that she has worked as Manager HR and Administration , Protection Executive at Nyala Insurance SC.
