Mr Bolaji Osunsanya

Mr. Bolaji Osunsanya graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics in 1986 from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University). He also has an MSc, Economics with distinction from the University of Lagos in 1988.Mr. Osunsanya worked with defunct Arthur Anderson Consulting for several years before joining Guaranty Trust Bank in 1992 where he rose to the level of Assistant General Manager. He joined Access Bank PLc in 1998 and rose to become an Executive Director before leaving in 2001 to join Oando Plc as General Manager. He is currently the Managing Director of Gaslink limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oando Plc.

Mr Oladokun Ayeni

Mr. Ayeni is a Legal Practitioner who was called to the Nigerian bar in 1986. He attended the University of Lagos from where he graduated LLB (Hons) degree in Law in 1985. He worked briefly as a Solicitor in Sokoto and as the Assistant Registrar of Lagos State College of Education before setting up his own Law firm of Dokun Ayeni & Co in 1989.He is also the Founder and Chairman of Gainsville Limited; a real estate brokerage firm and also Princely Estate Limited; developers of serviced apartments.

Mr Steohen S Mayaki

Mr Steohen S Mayaki is an astute and result oriented administrator with proven skill in corporate management. He has served as manager in various capacities at A G Leventis and company, J& P Nigeria Limited and later UACN Property Development Company PLC and Chemical and Allied Products Plc. Mr. Mayaki has led the delivery of several notable residential and commercial property development schemes in Nigeria including Niger Towers, Pinnock Beach Estate, Novotel Festac and 1004 Estate.

Mr Stephen Mayaki

Mr. Mayaki graduated from the Loughborough University of Technology England with a Second Class Upper division in Mechanical engineering in 1975 and obtained the RICS diploma in estate management in 1978. He worked briefly with Shell BP Petroleum Development Co Limited as pupil engineer before joining Knight Frank and Rutley, an international firm of realtors. While articled in their London office he qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He later worked as Group Property Manager for A G Leventis and company and Managing Director of their subsidiary company J& P Nigeria Limited, a construction company based in Ibadan. He is an astute and result oriented Administrator with proven skill in Corporate Management. He joined the services of UAC of Nigeria PLC in 1997 as the Divisional Managing Director, Property Division and later became the pioneer Managing Director of UACN Property Development Company Plc; the only quoted real estate Company in the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Mayaki has also held the position of the Managing Director of Chemical and Allied Products Plc, and is currently the Managing Director of Vono Products Plc. He is on the Board of Thomas Wyatt Nigeria plc, Arbico Plc, and Valmon Securities Limited amongst others. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Nigerian Institution of estate surveyors and valuers and the Institute of Directors.

Mrs. Omolola Ogunwale

Mrs. Omolola Ogunwale, the Estate Manager, is a graduate of Estate Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi with a considerable experience in Property Marketing and Sales gathered over a period of about 8 years. The experience spanned through Property Management and Valuation. Construction Standard Compliance Enforcement, Property Procurement and Disposal, Sale of Land, Lease and Lease Development. The experiences were gathered through well-structured organizations over the period. She has vast working knowledge of Lagos especially Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki and the Mainland, Lagos. She is equally vast in the Nigerian three major languages of Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa in addition to her fluency in English language. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

Raymond Hemen Ihyembe

Chief Raymond Ihyembe attended the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom from where he graduated BSc (Hons) Engineering in 1975. He later obtained an MSc degree in Administrative Sciences in 1977 from the City University in London after a short stint as Petroleum Well Site Engineer with Shell BP Petroleum Company of Nigeria Limited. Chief Ihyembe returned to Nigeria in 1977 to join the Nigerian Bank for Commerce and Industry as Senior Manager (Project Appraisal). He was at various times the Deputy Controller and General Manager with the Development Bank. In 1988 Chief Ihyembe moved to Afribank Nigeria Plc as a Senior Assistant General Manager and rose within the Group to become the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of the subsidiary company; Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers). He became the Group Managing Director of the parent company Afribank Nigeria Plc in 1999 and grew the Bank to become the fourth biggest in Nigeria at the time he retired in 2002.He now runs Gresham Asset Management Limited. Chief Raymond Ihyembe was at various times a director of Benue Cement Company Plc; Benue Housing Agency; Electricity Meter Company of Nigeria Limited; Bank of the North Limited; Central Insurance Co. Plc; Cadbury Nigeria Plc; Ecobank Nigeria Plc; and Unity Bank Plc. Chief Raymond Ihyembe enjoys reading and watching Football and Hockey games. He is an ardent supporter of Manchester United Football Club.

Uyi Ojo-Osagie

Uyi Ojo-Osagie holds a National Diploma in financial studies from the Lagos city polytechnic, he also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in Osun State. He has worked with Charles Adebiyi & Co and Bode Adediji Partnership where he gained some experience in property valuation, property sales and lettings. He also worked with Safetrust Savings and Loans Ltd (Mortgage Bankers), Ikoyi, Lagos where he gained some experience in pre-construction feasibility analysis and the sale of off-plan projects. He has attended a number seminars and short courses such as: Real Estate Development course at Lagos Business School, Real Estate Entrepreneurship course at Realty Point Ltd, Marketing financial products and winning new business course at Impact Training & Management Consulting and Personal effectiveness/time management, April at Skills Dynamic Services ltd. He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and valuers.
