Carl conducts viewings on all our properties for sale or to let, Carl is a valued member of our team, he is out going and approachable putting our viewers at easy. Carl is also a fully qualified Joiner so is always on hand to carry out any maintenance issues.
Charlotte has been working in the property industry in Co. Durham for over 15 years offering a vast amount of local knowledge. Four years ago she opened her own Letting Agency FJ Lettings and has never looked back. The business has gone from strength to strength and the company has now been re branded to FJ Estates to meet growing customer demand for an Estate Agency.
Charlotte works closely with all customers, building strong customer relationships, offers a friendly and welcoming environment. Our aim is to offer the best service possible to customers old and new.
