The Company was incorporated as "Ganon Trading & Finance Co. Limited" on July 02, 1985 as a Public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 ("the Act") vide Certificate of Registration No. 36708 of 1985 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the Company was issued a Certificate for Commencement of Business pursuant to section 149 (3) of the said Act on July 11, 1985 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Registered Office of the Company was situated at 401A, Natwar Chambers, 94, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 023 as on the date of incorporation and at present it is situated at Office No. 304, Khodal Chamber, R.B. Mehta Marg, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai 400077. On January 20, 1987, the Equity Shares of the Company were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited.
