Balraj Brar has been licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2009.
For over 10 years, Balraj has successfully represented hundreds of clients with respect to legal management and settlement of their Statutory Accident Benefit claims. During this process, he has been successful in commencing administrative proceedings involving Hearings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and at the License and Appeals Tribunal.
Over the years, Balraj has several reported decisions at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and now the License Appeal Tribunal.
His main focus is serving clients with respect to Statutory Accident Benefits for motor vehicle accident victims, as well as representing clients at the License Appeal Tribunal.
Balraj is fluent in Punjabi and dedicates his spare time working with his community at various functions.

Telvinder Singh Gill is the founding partner at Gill Basi Brar Personal Injury Law. Telvinder obtained his Bachelor of Computer Science in 2001. After completing his bachelor's degree, Telvinder went on to be licenced by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008.
As managing partner, Telvinder plays an important role for the company as the front-line person for the firm. Telvinder has dedicated his entire career fighting insurance companies and helping injured clients get the settlement they deserve.
He is also well known and trusted in the Brampton Punjabi community and all over the greater Toronto area for his hard work and dedication to the community. Telvinder has a tremendous ability to effectively communicate with clients in their native Punjabi language, hence giving people a feeling of connection and understanding during the complicated legal process.
In his spare time, Telvinder enjoys travelling and spending time with his beautiful wife and three children.
