The Geronimo safety slide was developed in the 1940's in Perry, Oklahoma and has remained there ever since. Geronimo today is still manufactured with the same quality materials and is designed to operate safely and dependably under all weather conditions!... We are excited to announce a safety enhancement of the classic Geronimo derrick escape unit. The steel Geronimo case body now has four tabs for use with harness snaphooks/carabiners. These tabs can now be used to hook the safety harness into while mounting the unit.
