There is no part of operations that Andy Guzman has not tried his hand at. He has sorted, dismantled, and operated equipment, worked in shipping and receiving, and taken the lead as floor supervisor. Now, he applies his breadth of expertise as the Director of Operations, facilitating the flow of information among production, compliance, and sales to meet customer requirements. Aside from defining teams and processes for improved performance, he has a knack and love for teaching team members everything he knows.

During his 12 years with the company, he has risen through the ranks to assume the role of Chief of Production and Efficiency. When teams need hands-on training on machinery, tools, and commodities, Daniel steps in to show them how it's done.
As an instinctive strategic thinker, the role of CEO comes naturally to Kristina Picciotti. Named to lead GER in 2015, she leverages her background in financial management and strategic planning to drive progress throughout the company. Kristina maintains a firm focus on the big-picture vision while never losing sight of the steps it takes to translate long-term goals into day-to-day improvement. A serial entrepreneur and John Maxwell Certified Team Member, she thrives on inspiring others to develop their talents and to achieve both their professional and personal goals. Kristina envisions GER as the go-to resource for electronics recycling and knows the company has just the right team to see it through.
Regulatory compliance is a cornerstone of IT asset disposition (ITAD) and, at GER, it takes the dedication of Kyli Herb to ensure every department performs in accordance with all quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations. Kyli has a long-held interest in reducing waste and considers electronic reuse and recycling some of the "greenest" actions a company can take. Eight years after she arrived at GER, Kyli can't wait to come to work every day.
Mike Ross manages the team that tests, repairs, and remarkets any equipment approved to enter the resale market. As it turns out, the job perfectly blends his experience and passion for anything electronics. Mike grew up working for his dad's electronic repair company and got his feet wet in online electronics sales before landing at GER. More than anything, Mike enjoys the "awesome" company culture and the level of trust that he enjoys to make the right decision for himself and his team.
