Adam D. Block

Adam brings more than a decade of experience to Gallagher's Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, where he represents developers, owners, and equity investors in all stages of the real estate life cycle, from land acquisition through development, financing, construction, leasing and disposition. His significant experience representing borrowers in all manner of financing transactions, including construction, agency and permanent loans, tax increment financing and new markets, historic and low income housing tax credits, enables him to readily meet the needs of clients. Additionally, Adam's practice includes the representation of owners and developers in the formation of business entities, commercial condominium regimes and residential condominium and homeowner associations. Adam's previous experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at The Cordish Companies and working for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources acquiring conservation lands on behalf of the State. Alison Best Lutich

Alison earned her JD degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, magna cum laude, order of the coif in 2017 and received her BA in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with distinction, in 2014. Ben Rubin is a transactions attorney who focuses on residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects. He advises developers and investors from land acquisition through development, construction, operation, and disposition. He works with clients on both market rate and affordable housing projects, including those financed with low-income housing tax credits. Ben also represents borrowers and lenders with respect to construction and permanent real estate financing, as well as non-real estate commercial loans. Brandon made history at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law as the first Black editor-in-chief of the Maryland Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude in 2021 and was honored with The Roger Howell Achievement Award for contributing significantly to the student activities program and demonstrating the leadership, scholarship, and moral character representative of the high ideals of the legal profession. Brian is a litigator who focuses on matters involving educational and other nonprofit organizations, as well as helping entities navigate complex commercial contract and business disputes. As lead counsel, he has obtained judgments in favor of colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools, healthcare and other nonprofit institutions, and commercial entities in a wide array of high stakes discrimination, tort, business, and constitutional law cases in federal and state courts. Drawing on her business perspective, Celine contextualizes and strengthens legal representation for the developer, syndicator, and investor clients who Gallagher serves. Celine earned her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2023. Christina F. Araviakis

Christina is a member of Gallagher's Litigation Group, representing the firm's residential and commercial property owners and property management companies in litigation and other disputes. Concentrating on the representation of national property management companies, Christina has experience representing property owners and management companies of all sizes, including many Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing properties. Christina represents clients in all aspects of residential and commercial landlord-tenant law, and throughout the litigation process. Her representation includes prosecuting and defending cases on behalf of property owners and management companies, providing risk management advice, resolving housing disputes, Fair Housing compliance and reasonable accommodation/ modification request review, defending Fair Housing discrimination complaints, and general civil litigation. In her practice, Christina has extensive experience with representing clients in litigation, mediations, and administrative agency proceedings. Prior to joining Gallagher, Christina served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. Fletcher-Hill, Baltimore City Circuit Court Maryland (2020-2021).
