Allan Pasternak - Treasurer

Allan is one of the founders of BAMCO and serves as Secretary/Treasurer. He currently oversees BAMCO's Sales, Marketing, Treasury, and Administration Departments and is an integral part of many of the day-to-day aspects of running the Company. A marketing major at George Washington University, Allan co-founded BAMCO in 1986.

Bob Balaam - VP of Sales

Bob began his career at BAMCO in 1997 as one of our original detailers and rose through the ranks to eventually head our Engineering department. Bob was then instrumental in the design and development of our first generation extrusion systems for BAMCO's composite panel systems. His years of service and extensive background in our field, combined with strong interpersonal skills, led Bob to sales in 2005. He now oversees our National Sales Initiative and manages all day-to-day sales activity, with our sales team reporting directly to him. As an engineering major at Alfred State University, Bob starred as a Division III soccer player.

Dan Vaccarella

Dan Vaccarella came onto the BAMCO team as Controller in 2019, and received the title of Vice President of Finance in 2023. He brings 15 years of experience in accounting and finance in small to medium sized businesses, and holds an active CPA license in New Jersey, as well as a CCIFP designation from the CFMA. Today he oversees all aspects of our Finance department and is an integral member of the leadership team, providing sound financial disciplines for the sustained success and growth of the organization. Dan graduated from Ramapo College of NJ with a BS in Business Administration in 2006, and serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the Black River Railroad Historical Trust, a non-profit organization that manages the operation of a historic tourist railroad.

Jon Black

Jon began his career with BAMCO in 2001 as a designer and detailer in our Engineering department, and was promoted to Director of Engineering shortly thereafter in 2005. In his current role as VP, Jon oversees BAMCO's entire engineering department, which consists of 20 full-time detailers and CNC programmers. Jon assures the quality of BAMCO's submissions and shop drawings as well as advises on value-engineering and latest generation technology so that BAMCO can continue to provide our customers with maximum value and quality.

Judson Filkins

Judson is a Construction Health and Safety Technician and authorized OSHA Instructor with a strong background in commercial construction. He joined BAMCO in 2007 as a Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman, going on to manage many of BAMCO's largest and most challenging projects. In 2014 Judson moved on from the field to become the founding Director of BAMCO's Safety Department, and today plays a key role in developing BAMCO's culture of vigilance and discipline, insuring the safest workplace environment for all BAMCO employees.

Michael Biviano - CEO

Michael is one of the founders of BAMCO and as CEO oversees all of BAMCO's production-related activities which include the Engineering, Fabrication and Installation departments. Michael majored in history at Ramapo College and brought a sales and marketing background to his co-founding of BAMCO in 1986. Michael's 35+ years at the helm have been instrumental in developing the culture of service and success that has engineered our growth.

Rick Marcovecchio

Rick began his career in the automotive industry and drew upon his experiences to take a position as Shop Floor Manager with BAMCO in 1998. Rick has overseen the growth of BAMCO's fabrication initiatives and was promoted to Vice President in 2004. His current responsibilities include the oversight of both the Wood Ave. and Baekeland Ave. fabrication facilities. Furthermore, personnel from Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control and Quality Control report directly to him. Rick has recently overseen the institution of LEAN manufacturing principles on our factory floors and is a strong advocate of our continued improvement practices.

Ron Palazzo

Starting in 1990, Ron's experience with BAMCO has grown from the ground up. Originally hired to work in our fabrication facility, Ron has risen through the ranks with stops as a field mechanic, journeyman carpenter, Project Foreman and Project Superintendent. He has extensive experience in all phases of exterior wall construction on commercial, industrial, multi-residential and institutional projects. Ron is responsible for the day-to-day operations of BAMCO's field services including scheduling, man power allotment and equipment and material allocations. He is also involved in all pre-construction and budgeting procedures and reports directly to our CEO.
