PREIS Commercial & Home Inspections is a family business locally owned in beautiful Chattanooga, TN. The Herrick Family has been involved in real estate and construction, both residential and commercial, since the 1920's. We began as real estate developers and continued through succeeding generations. We began working in the Home Inspection business in the early 1980's when the industry was in its infancy.
