Mr. Varnado has 35+ years of experience in project controls in countries including the US, Canada, Spain, Ghana, Vietnam, UAE, and The Philippines. Additionally, he is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM instructor.
Richard J. Snee, PMP joined Global PM after a 20+ year career in Project Controls in New Orleans, LA. He recently completed an assignment supporting the global Primavera P6 implementation of a major energy company with a focus on maximizing the functionality and productivity of the company's P6 installation for the individual schedulers within the security limitations of the system. Mr. Snee currently teaches courses including Planning and Scheduling with Primavera P6, Primavera P6 (Advanced), Primavera P6 - Administrator Course, and The Fundamentals of Scheduling. Richard graduated from the University of New Orleans with a B.S. Degree in Engineering.
Richard Snee has 30+ years of experience leading and directing projects. Additionally, he is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM instructor.
Mr. Miller is an instructor of courses including: Primavera P6 (Basic), Primavera P6 (Advanced), PMP Exam Prep, PMI-SP Exam Prep, and Earned Value Management.
His 17-year career has been spent providing project scheduling consulting and training for hundreds of clients in the construction, oil and gas, chemical, and utility industries. The majority of his scheduling and project controls experience involves the use of the Oracle Primavera product suite (Primavera P6, Contract Management, P3, and SureTrak).
Mr. Miller is certified by Oracle Corporation as a Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Certified Implementation Specialist. Mr. Miller is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Institute - Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) credentials.
Mr. Miller graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
To date, Mr. Miller has trained over 7,000 individuals with a superior instructor rating of 9.6+/10.
Trey Miller, MBA, PMP, PMI-SP has over 20 years of experience in project management in various roles. As the President of Global PM, he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the firm along with developing new marketing and business development strategies to promote continued organizational growth.
