Abigail qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having also qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and maintains her membership with both entities.
Abigail has worked in Litigation for all of her career, following completion of her law degree and LPC in 2009, working on behalf of insurers such as Hastings Direct, Zenith and Markerstudy, dealing with defended RTA matters and personal injury claims.
Approximately 6 years ago, Abigail moved into residential possession work, quickly gaining experience acting for both landlords and insurers where Court proceedings had been issued and the matter had become defended. Abigail's dispute resolution work now includes a broad range of matters including, Service Charges, TOLATA claims, boundary disputes, neighbour issues and works closely and effectively with Counsel's chambers to bring a swift resolve to matters for all concerned.
Abigail is also on the Committee of the Worthing Law Society, and regularly attends events on behalf of the firm.

Alan gained a degree in Business Administration from the University of the West of England in 1996, before going on to qualify as a Certified Accountant in 2003, becoming a Fellow of the ACCA in 2008.
Alan was a basketball statistician at the London Olympics before joining GWCA in October 2012 and manages an accounts team of 5 based at the Worthing office.
Alison qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She continued in her studies to obtain membership of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Not content with this, Alison went on to obtain a Post-Graduate Diploma from Cambridge University in Notarial Practice and is one of the firm's notaries public. Alison is also a committee member of Worthing Law Society and a Dementia Friend and has worked in the private client sector since qualifying.
Alison specialises in matters such as trusts, probate/estate administration, wills, attorneyship, general affairs and financial planning.
Amanda Edgar is a partner dealing with residential conveyancing matters based at our Hove office.
Amanda qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2007 and specialises in property matters with a wealth of experience in sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership, help to buy, transfer of equity and new build properties.

Christabel Charrington is a Licensed Conveyancer, based at our Rustington office who has worked in conveyancing for over 15 years, specialising in matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build properties, help to buy and lease extensions. At the weekends, Christabel enjoys walking her dog along our beautiful south coast!

Christine Nestor is a partner dealing with family law matters, based at our Worthing office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
Christine has wide-ranging experience of all types of family law including financial and children issues following separation, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation cases, pre and post nuptial/civil partnership and cohabitation agreements and settlements.

Claire qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has since then specialised in family law, dealing with issues including divorce and finances, civil partnership dissolution, co-habitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements and issues concerning children. Claire is collaboratively trained and can therefore offer to resolve matters without going to Court using the Collaborative process.
Claire is an accredited member of Resolution, and therefore committed to working in a solution focussed, practical and amicable way wherever possible. Claire is also Treasurer for Resolution West Sussex.
Colin Edmonds is a senior solicitor dealing with residential conveyancing matters, based at our Hove office. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1986.
Colin has in-depth local knowledge of property in the Sussex area. Colin deals with all residential conveyancing matters: sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership and transfers of equity of freehold, leasehold, help-to-buy and new-build property.

Elise Mason is a partner based at our Rustington office dealing with wills, probate/intestacy, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, care home fees planning and trusts work.
Elise qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and is the head of our Wills and Probate department. She has been an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2002 and she has over 20 years of experience in dealing with this area of the law. She was also admitted as an attorney at law for the USA state of California in 2001.
