As Business & Community Development Manager, Amelia is responsible for maximising client satisfaction, expanding our portfolio and generating engagement with our local communities.
Andrew is a qualified horticulturist with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of landscape maintenance as well as an aptitude for managing projects and teams. Previously the Landscape Maintenance Manager at a prestigious golf course and resort in Far North Queensland, Andrew is responsible for ensuring all asset/facility management projects are delivered on schedule and maintained to the highest standard.
Damon offers over 10 years of experience working for leading Landscape Maintenance companies. His innate capacity to effectively manage and lead groups ensures staff achieve their collective goals. Damon is quick to act on any situation and communicates effectively with our clients, staff, and external stakeholders alike.
Ray has 11 years of experience supervising open space development operations. Ray's role at Hedge is ensuring quality and safety procedures are observed at all time on sites. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ray conducts site visits and reports to both our clients and Hedge Management.
Todd brings this 20+ years' experience to Hedge Property Services to deliver quality property and facilities management. His experience spans spearheading large-scale commercial, government, and development projects, to working closely with homeowners to turn their visions into a reality. Todd focuses on delivering outcomes of the highest quality and efficiency, making his teams industry leaders in the property maintenance industry.
