Current neurobiological research supports her practice of narrative therapy, relaxed body, mindfulness, and the creation of a sense of belonging, that leads to a more hopeful and productive life. Her therapeutic approach activates parts of the brain that reverses/releases the effects of trauma, and other disorders. This allows the client to break down the barriers that prevent healing and growth in recovery, while enhancing positive change, increasing meaning, purpose, and connection in life...
