Amber Osborne

Amber Osborne is a co-founder of iExcel Institute. Amber uses her varied professional background to propel iExcel Institute as a leader in the personal and professional coaching and training industry. Her professional career might be best described as the years spent with AT&T and the years after AT&T. As a manager, she worked to help AT&T understand the strengths and weaknesses of the business and to put in place processes and procedures that were critical to the ongoing success of the business. After leaving AT&T, Amber became an entrepreneur putting her skills to use to build several companies. Amber uses the skills cultivated as a business owner coupled with her formal education in multiple health disciplines to help individuals achieve personal and professional success. Amber also helps companies to grow and achieve success by cultivating the optimal physical and psychological health and development of their employees. Amber graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and is in current pursuit of her M.S. in Clinical Psychology and subsequent licensure as a Professional Counselor.

Kirk Barnes

Kirk is a co-founder of iExcel Institute. He has a broad background encompassing sales excellence coaching, leadership development, team building, business development, global marketing, lobbying and managed market development. Currently, Kirk serves as a Start-Up Catalyst for new and emerging companies at the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) incubator housed at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. Kirk served in various positions of increasing responsibility from sales representative to Regional Sales Director for the following companies in the pharma/biotech sector; Inventiv Health, Zogenix, Takeda, Janssen Biotech and Pfizer. Therapeutic categories included pain management, central nervous system disorders, oncology, hematology, cardiology & endocrinology. Kirk was a Global Business Development Executive for the NanoProfessor & NanoGuardian divisions of NanoInk, a private equity funded start-up company commercializing research based nanotechnology from Northwestern University. Kirk was responsible for marketing the NanoProfessor Nanoscience Education Program as a new hands-on nanotechnology education program for undergraduate & graduate students to teaching institutions in the US, Asia, M.E., and India. At NanoGuardian, Kirk marketed innovative anti-counterfeiting solutions to pharmaceutical, defense, consumer and medical device industries in the US, EU & Asia. He also served as a Board Member of the International Authentication Association (IAA), which monitored and provided guidance regarding authentication techniques and counterfeiting trends. Kirk holds a B.A. in Economics from Florida A&M University.
