IMCS - Key Persons
Brad has worked closely together with John for nearly a decade, and he also serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of IMCS. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and he possesses extensive knowledge of fabrication processes and requirements for the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. His years of working on-site with fabrication yards worldwide have provided him with a thorough understanding of internationally recognized codes such as AWS, API, and ASTM, which are critical for maintaining the highest standards for quality. For the past few years, Brad was the General Manager and Vice President responsible for a P&L center in an international public company. However, his underlying entrepreneurial desires pushed Brad to co-found IMCS Offshore, Inc.
Eric has worked with John and Brad for the last several years and serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IMCS. Eric holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and he is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. His expertise lies in design and analysis, including the use of several Finite Element Analysis software tools. Eric's past experience includes Project Management on several multi-million dollar internatinoal projects. Eric previously served as Engineering Manager at his former company. Eric's innovative spirit and drive for excellence led him to co-found IMCS Offshore with John and Brad.

John Montague is a Mechanical Engineer from Texas Tech University and has 40 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, much of which was as a licensed PE in the State of Texas. He has constructed, supplied, inspected, and managed projects for offshore equipment incuding pressure vessels and a wide vareiety of structural steel structures. He has also designed and supplied motion compensation systems and deck mating systems since the 1980's. John has 30+ experience in elastomer design and manufacturing for highly specialized, custom projects. In addition, John has been a successful entreprenuer, founding and owning several companies along the way. One of the most recent ventures was founded in 1999 and sold to a prestigious publicly traded international company in 2007.
