Allen Eskridge is the director of policy and operations for the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision. He is responsible for establishing and executing strategic plans for the organization, ensuring alignment of policies with rules and regulations, providing general operating/administrative guidance and, directing policy research. Allen's public service tenure includes strategic planning and financial oversight for college resources within a public university as well as policy and financial analysis for varied cabinets and agencies under the Kentucky Governor's Office. Moreover, his service includes two terms as Assistant Secretary of State of Kentucky. He is a graduate of Transylvania University and University of Kentucky where he completed his masters and doctorate degrees.

Chris Moore has served as Interstate Compact Administrator/Commissioner for the State of Georgia since 2012. Chris began his career in Community Supervision in 1989 as a Probation Officer. In 1998, he moved to Central Office as a Field Support Specialist and his program area was Sex Offender Supervision. In 2005 he was promoted to Center Administrator of a Day Reporting Center and in 2009 he was promoted to Chief Probation Officer. Chris received his BBA from Mercer University in 1989. He is also a Certified P.O.S.T Instructor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Drake Greeott

Drake Greeott began working with the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision in 2021. As Web Development Manager, Drake works on developing new web solutions to improve the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision while focusing on creating the best possible user interface and experience for the Commission. On a daily basis, Drake is changing website content, assisting with the helpdesk tickets, and managing improvements to the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision website. Drake is a graduate from the Metropolitan State University of Denver where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System with concentrations in Application Development and International Business.

Biography Gary Roberge is the Executive Director for the State of Connecticut - Judicial Branch's Court Support Services Division as well as the Commissioner of Interstate Compact for Connecticut. He has over 29 years of criminal justice experience within the Branch. He is also an adjunct professor in the Central Connecticut State University Criminology Department.

Biography Jeremiah Stromberg is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Corrections for the Oregon Department of Corrections. This role includes oversight of the community corrections grant in aid funding; development of statewide legislation, policies, and ru Jeremiah Stromberg is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Corrections for the Oregon Department of Corrections. This role includes oversight of the community corrections grant in aid funding; development of statewide legislation, policies, and rules that govern community corrections; jail inspections; program evaluations; liaison between the Counties of Oregon and the Department of Corrections; and Interstate Compact. Stromberg served on the Oregon Board of Parole & Post-Prison Supervision from 2009-2012, first as the Executive Director before being appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber as a member of the Board. From 1997-2009, he worked for Multnomah County Department of Community Justice in Portland, Oregon in a variety of roles including: Lead of the Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Unit within the Juvenile Detention Center; Manager of the Adult Secure Residential Treatment Program; Manager of the START Drug Court; Manager of the Parole and Probation Domestic Violence Unit, and Manager of the Local Control Supervision Unit. In 2016, Stromberg was elected Vice Chair of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision and in 2018 was elected as the Commission's Chair. He is also a former Chair of the Commission's Compliance Committee.

Joselyn Lo

Joselyn López was appointed as Interstate Compact Administrator for the State of Wisconsin in June 2017. She has been a member of the ICAOS Information Technology Committee since 2017, joined the Rules Committee in 2018, and was appointed as chair of the Training Committee in 2019. López began her career at Wisconsin Community Services as a case manager for juveniles. She transitioned to working with adults in the private sector for 10 years for a non-profit organization where she managed community correctional services. López joined the Wisconsin Department of Corrections in 2010 as a Program and Policy Analyst where she developed evidence based programming for offenders and trained staff on evidence based practices. She is a trainer for Trauma Informed Care in the Criminal Justice System and Risk Reduction Strategies in community supervision. During her years as a Corrections Field Supervisor (2013-2017), she served on the Dane County's OWI Advisory Board where she lead risk reduction supervision strategies and provided oversight to correctional services. In her current position as Corrections Services Supervisor, López continues to provide a positive impact on others by providing statewide oversight of offender programming, staff education, employment programming, and reentry initiatives. She also serves as the Chair for the Evidence Based Decision Makers Committee. Throughout her established and dedicated career, López has committed herself to Evidence Based Practices and demonstrated the ability to work effectively working with diverse groups and populations. López has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Marquette University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Additionally, he is a graduate of the National Institute of Corrections' Executive Excellence Program in 2015. He is the 2013 recipient of the Secretary's Leadership Award.

Mark Patterson currently serves as the Deputy Compact Administrator for the Oregon Department of Corrections. Mark oversees the Compact operations for Oregon's 36 Counties, as well as the Earned Discharge, Family Alternative Leave and Short Term Trans Leave programs for the ODOC. Mark is currently serving as the West Region Chair for the DCA Liaison committee for the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision. Mark has been serving in the DCA position for over 7 years and prior to this role was a Prison Term Analyst.

Mary Kay Hudson

Mary Kay Hudson is the Executive Director of Court Services for the Indiana Judicial Center, an agency of the Indiana Supreme Court. Her responsibilities include implementing statewide judicial initiatives in problem solving court legislation, rules, policy, education and certification. Ms. Hudson is a governor's appointee to the Commission for a Drug Free Indiana and serves as co-chair of the Consortium of State Drug Court Coordinators. Ms. Hudson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Biology and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University.

Mindy Spring

Mindy began her career with the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision's National Office in 2004. As the Training Coordinator, Mindy administrates online trainings, updates training publications and provides support in onsite trainings through the Commission's Technical and Training Assistance program. Mindy also assists in the Commission's annual compliance audits and serves as a project team member in the development and support of the Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System (ICOTS). Biography Sally Kreamer was appointed as the deputy director for Community-Based Corrections for the Iowa Department of Corrections in 2015. Prior to that, she served as the director of Community-Based Corrections for the Fifth Judicial District Department of Corrections Services, Sally Kreamer was appointed as the deputy director for Community-Based Corrections for the Iowa Department of Corrections in 2015. Prior to that, she served as the director of Community-Based Corrections for the Fifth Judicial District Department of Corrections Services, providing pretrial, probation, parole, and work release services. An evidence-based practitioner and educator, Ms. Kreamer worked with parole boards, judges, colleges and universities, faith-based community members, and other community providers on the implementation of research-informed practices that were trauma-informed, culturally diverse and gender-responsive. She published several articles and manuals in the field of probation and parole and has served on many boards, including the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Iowa Correctional Association, and the Criminal Justice Advisory Board. Ms. Kreamer obtained her bachelor of science from Iowa State University and her masters of science from the University of Cincinnati.
