Jennifer has over 24 years of event management experience and has held top event planning positions at the Boston Harbor Hotel and Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm, before founding JLH Ventures. She is also the President of Gracious Events Management, a subsidiary of JLH Ventures which caters to our social clients. She is also one of the few certified trade mission organizers in the U.S. working with the U.S. Department of Commerce and Trade to facilitate international meetings with the private equity sector to build relationships with limited partners in certain regions. Though based near Boston, her events have taken her as far afield as Asia, the Middle East, the Nordics as well as closer to home working with clients all over the U.S.

Nicole is a graduate from Mount Ida College and our expert graphic designer responsible for JLH Ventures in-house design, as well as our sister company Gracious Events Management. She is responsible for ensuring that our marketing solutions capture the needs of our clients, and her innovative thinking guides all aspects of the creative process for all collateral from inception of an event to final production. Her creative energy and innovation help us authentically understand all our clients needs and she is our social marketing maven.

Tania is a graduate from Ithaca College and has been with the company for 5 years and is the lead event planner on our team. She listens to our clients needs and presents unique ideas and solutions for their individual requirements. She is an integral part of making sure all our clients needs are being met in concerns with the planning of an event, from vendor interaction, venue set up all the way up to international business etiquette. She has executed some the company's most successful events with an emphasis on fully customized, unique programs for leading corporate clients.
