JPWGC is an all-volunteer organization coordinated and organized by its members. The club is a not-for-profit organization, and the funds of this club are used for competitive golf and the promotion of golf and sportsmanship... Welcome to the Jefferson Park Women's Golf Club where our home is the historic Jefferson Park Golf Course in Seattle's Beacon Hill neighborhood. The course opened in 1912 and the women's club was established in 1916. Our club membership reflects the diversity of the surrounding neighborhood and welcomes all women sharing a common interest in golf. JPWGC provides a sanctuary of support for golfers relatively new to the sport and yet provides a competitive venue for those who have been playing golf for the better part of their lives. Membership in the club includes GHIN through the USGA and the club is part of the WAGolf Association and Washington State Women's Public Links Association, which offers more opportunities to play.
