Both of our kids started at Kees at an early age of 2/3 years old and have loved it ever since. They are now 6/7 years old and they have learned so much, from discipline, respect and listening skills to valuable life lessons and of course, there is no doubt that they learn proper taekwondo forms. Kees has become a big part of our family... The KEES Family is dedicated to your family. Our team and their families' stories are all part of our greater KEES story... Kees Tae Kwon Do provides educational martial arts training classes for adults, teens, and children in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
