He is the most dependable & reliable structural engineer of the firm having expertise over all aspects of structural designing. His penchant towards civil engineering has aided him make giant strides in the structural designing of residential & commercial buildings, especially in high seismic activity regions. Although his main works includes structural engineering, he is also adept in the field of valuations and estimations as well as site execution.

Reena Kushwah oversees the management, from financial planning to day-to-day administration and human resources. She provides counsel on all aspects of the business and participates in public presentations, contact negotiations, and communications. In 1996, Reena co-founded Kushwah and Kushwah with her husband Rakesh, bringing with her a range of experience honed in design development and management by her masters in architecture from Kansas State University and a Masters degree in Construction Management from SPA, New Delhi.

Banerjee possess twin degree B.Sc (Physics)/B.Tech (Electrical) and Post Graduate with MBA having huge experience of 22 years comprised of Electrical Projects, Maintenance, Sales, Estimation, Site Job, Planning, Manpower and Execution handling of various schedule work in electrical switch gears, industrial maintenance solution and associated works. Passionate for modern Engineering and technologies with the aim to satisfy associated organization.
