LAFAYETTE INVESTMENTS - Key Persons
Ms. Yates is a member of Lafayette's investment advisory team. She is responsible for the maintenance and reconciliation of all managed accounts, and is the compliance officer for the investment advisory office. Ms. Yates joined Lafayette Investments, Inc. in May of 2010. Ms. Yates graduated from Towson State University in 1996 with a BS in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. She is married and has two children.

Mr. Noyes is an investment advisor with the Firm and also a member of the equity research team. He began his career with Lafayette in 1993. Mr. Noyes provides investment and financial planning advice to individual clients. He received a BS in accounting from the University of Maryland in 1992 and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Noyes is married and has four children.

Mr. Klinger is an investment advisor with the Firm and a member of Lafayette's Fixed Income team. He provides advice to individual clients with a focus on fixed income investments. Mr. Klinger joined Lafayette in 2003 after receiving his BA in Economics from Dickinson College. He is married and has one child.

Mr. Dinn is an investment advisor with the Firm and the manager of Lafayette's fixed income team. With over 30 years of experience in the fixed income sector, Mr. Dinn provides investment and advisory services to individual clients. Prior to joining the Firm in 1989, Mr. Dinn was a municipal bond trader at American Security Bank in Washington, DC and an assistant trader at Dean Witter in New York. He graduated with a BS from Rutgers University in 1984. Mr. Dinn is married and has six children.
