Dr. Christoph Kürn is lawyer and partner of the law firm Kürn Attorneys. He commands extensive experience in the juridical consultancy in issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions to company and banking law. As a legal advisor he accompanied various capital market transactions, for example the first placement of non performing loans in Germany for a saving bank. He is member of various advisory boards of German and American companies. In 1997 he earned his doctorate in law at the University Constance with a dissertation about "Mortgage-Backed-Securities, legal formalities and restrictions".
Justin Kürn is the Managing Director of Kurn Benirschke Capital LLC and is the companies local contact between our clients and our advisory team in Germany. Justin has experience working in high-tech start up called Voice2Page Communications in their Marketing and Sales department before moving to a boutique investment banking firm in San Diego, California called The Greystone Group. During his time as a market research specialist and financial analyst, Justin was accepted to obtain his Master's Degree in International Business with an emphasis in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Munich Business School. During his two years of study in Munich, Justin worked for BMW Group Financial Services in the Strategic Management and Retail Finance division under the CEO. Upon returning to San Diego in 2010, Justin began working at Legacy Health Strategies, a firm that specializes in developing patient support and management programs for the bio-tech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Rolf Hoellger studied industrial engineering in Karlsruhe (Germany) until 1987 and founded an IT company in the field of management information systems immediately after graduating from the university. In the 90s he founded and sold several other companies. In 2007 he was one of the founders of pmOne AG and was responsible for finance, controlling, HR and IT divisions until March 2015. Since then, he has accompanied various consulting mandates in the field of finance and M&A.
