This transformation, steeped in cultural allusions, was entrusted to the National Design award winning New York firm, Roman & Williams, renowned for their iconic hotel, restaurant and residential designs including The Standard High Line, Ace hotels and Le Coucou. True to Roman & Williams' insight and skill for juxtaposing high and low design elements, La Rotonde de la Muette's decor pays homage to the timeless elegance of Parisian brasseries, those icons of French gastronomy open morning, noon and night as the capital lives and breathes around them.
