Julien Maire du Poset, a member of the Paris Bar and a Solicitor of England and Wales, has over 15 years of experience. Julien has developed a practice in complex international contracts and cross-border litigation. Julien focuses his practice on negotiating contracts and resolving disputes through arbitration, litigation or through the means of amicable dispute resolution. Julien provides strategic counsel to diverse clients spanning various industries, such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, SaaS software, online gaming, construction, distribution, automotive, and transport. After working for renowned Parisian law firms in litigation and international law, Julien's appetite for entrepreneurship led him to establish Lead up in 2017. Julien was involved in drafting some of the International Chamber of Commerce's main model contracts, including the ICC Model International Sale Contract and the ICC Model Turnkey Contract for Major Projects.

Ramy Bassily specialises in international investment and commercial arbitration. He assisted in handling cases under numerous institutional rules including the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, AAA, CRCICA, DIAC, and ADCCAC Rules and ad hoc, subject to various laws particularly the laws of the Middle East and North Africa. His practice covers sectors as varied as banking, construction, infrastructure, energy, distribution, defence and telecommunications. He also represents clients in negotiations and mediation. Ramy is regularly appointed as arbitrator and is also listed as a qualified arbitrator with different international arbitral institutions in the MENA region. Before joining Lead up, Ramy has practiced law for more than 15 years in major international law firms in France and Egypt, and independently. He is currently working on his Ph.D. on Investment Arbitration and Judicial Expropriation at the University of Burgundy in France.
