Land and Water Engineering provides timely and cost effective civil engineering design, support, review, and oversight for private developers and public agencies. Our civil engineering services include site plans, subdivisions, land developments, grading plans, road design, utility design, floodplain analysis, stormwater management, drainage plans, soil erosion and sedimentation pollution control plans, building permit plot plans, as well as municipal ordinance development and plan reviews. We meet with, prepare materials for, and obtain permits from regulatory agencies such as DEP, FEMA, PennDOT, Muncipalities, County Conservation Districts and the Army Corps of Engineers... We are exceptionally careful to not commit to more projects than we can handle so that we can provide quick turnaround on all projects that we accept. We would rather experience lean workloads than allow a heavy workload to delay one of our client's projects.
