Mr. Feldman has a J.D. from Boston University and an LL.M. in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University's law school. He is a former senior attorney in the US SEC's enforcement division.
Mr. Feldman served for over a decade as the corporate secretary for what was the fourth largest oil company in the world. He has also served on boards of directors for many companies, including a fuel cell company in the U.K., an oil refinery in Lithuania, and a Canadian owned and listed oil company in Kazakhstan.
He has sat on other boards in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, BVI and Cyprus. Daniel hosted and curated crypto / blockchain meet-ups in New York City for three years and founded a bitcoin mining company that partnered with a large publicly traded energy company in the United States to mine bitcoin leveraging the company's assets to mine at 2.513 cents per kWh.
Emmery has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate finance and accounting in various corporations, including both private and public companies listed in Canada and USA. She is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a degree in Science and Diploma in Accounting. Emmery also has much experience in financial reporting of various industries while working as an auditor. Currently, Emmery is a Partner of AB&T Consulting Inc. which provides accounting and tax services.

Kevin is a partner at Calibre Capital Corp., a private merchant bank and advisory firm specializing in corporate financing, capital markets advisory services, and mergers & acquisitions. He brings 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, M&A, senior executive advisory roles, and working with venture, TSX and NYSE listed companies, and is currently serving several public companies as an executive officer and director. He is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.
Michael got his start in the Data center business in 2002. From a modest start in a shared space in Los Angeles to managing multiple facilities with hybrid cloud integration he has been in it from the beginning and apart of every major industry shift. He is most recognized for his work with distributed systems and the deployment of mobile server environments.
Michael has worked with clients from multiple industries such as banking, software, manufacturing, aerospace, training, and telecommunications. With a focus on dev-ops and data analysis, he is able to deliver cost savings and operational improvements while keeping focus on each companies' specific needs.
Mr. Vogel is the original founder of Netcoins Inc. (sold to Bigg Digital Assets Inc.) and currently chief executive officer of Coinstream, a bitcoin company aimed at the U.S. market, offering a streamlined way for Americans to buy cryptocurrencies. Mr. Vogel is also founder and chief executive officer of Encore Ventures, which is involved in the development and incubation/advisory of new start-ups and technologies in both crypto and tech spaces.
Mr. Vogel's specialty is fast-growing start-ups in disruptive sectors - taking new ideas and products from concept to market to scale, something he has done multiple times in building several multimillion-dollar start-ups. Mr. Vogel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge across board, public market, executive and engineering levels. Mr. Vogel is regularly interviewed in both Canadian and international media as a thought leader in the crypto industry.
Mr. Jenkins holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from the Royal Roads University and has served as partner at Energies du Futur SA (2014-2017). He is currently on the Board of Link Global Technologies and has twice been recognized at the United Nations in New York for innovation in the environmental field.
