Bill Ling has been appointed as a Senior Consultant to the Investment and Risk Control Committee. Bill has been involved in property development since 2006, and is highly experienced in property development and finance. In this time, he has been involved in a great number of major projects.
Bill's main business is mortgage broking. He has been the director of YL Younger Pty Ltd (trading as DY Home Loans) since 1998. Under his direction and management, the DY Home Loans team has received the lending volume nationwide championship by Choice aggregator for 6 years consecutively. Furthermore, the DY Home Loans team has written nearly 10 billion dollars' worth of residential, commercial and development loans over the past 20 years. Bill is well known and respected in the property financing industry.
B.IR. Dip. FMB. FBAA A passionate and goal-oriented Commercial Loan Underwriter with refined finance professional skills in Risk Management and Credit Assessment. David has a comprehensive history of work experience in the lending industry, with roles extending from assessment to management in established corporation such as NAB and Zank&Co.
FRM B.COM. FRM MFAA James Lin has entered the finance industry since 2008 He currently holds qualifications and certificate with numerous industry bodies such as CFA, FRM, MFAA.
James has a well-diversified knowledge of the finance industry and is one of our top thought leaders in the credit markets of the future. Under James' management, Loyalize has successfully set up and serviced serval funds with more underway.
MFAA Jessica has worked in the banking and brokerage industry since 2000. She has extensive lending experience and won many awards in Choice aggregation since 2011.
