I am a graduate of Robert Morris University with a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising and a Certificate in Sales. I started at Lunova as an intern and fell in love with the business of recruiting…so much so I moved myself across the state to join the team full-time! I am thrilled to be part of a hard-working group that is focused on providing the best results for candidates and clients alike.
Outside of the office, I am a major music lover and an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. In my free time, you can find me attempting to play the guitar, finding a new artist to listen to, or watching the Steelers and Penguins win!

I'm a graduate of the University of Rochester, where I earned a dual major in Psychology and English. After a few years in the working world, I decided to take a year off to pursue my MBA with a Concentration in Sustainability at Duquesne University. Following graduation, I spent 6 years working in operations, where I honed my organizational skills and developed a strong focus on project management.
In the spring of 2018, I joined Lunova Group as a Recruiting Manager and have thoroughly enjoyed my transition from operations to sales. Outside of work, my husband and I own a gym, and we spend most of our free time there. We are also proud pet parents to two fabulous cats and an energetic Australian Shepherd. Additionally, when the weather is warm enough, you can find us hiking with our dog or practicing our golf game.

I hold a degree in Communications, and my journey in the realm of connecting people and nurturing relationships began at Franklin Industries Co., a re-rolling rail steel mill in Franklin, PA. After five years filled with incredible experiences, I transitioned to Lunova Group in November 2015, starting as a Recruiting Manager. My dedication and passion led to my promotion to Senior Recruiting Manager in 2018. In my current position, I am hands-on in the recruitment process, working directly with clients and candidates, while simultaneously leading our Industrial + Emerging Technologies Team, comprised of passionate, hardworking, and truly amazing individuals. This combination of hands-on recruiting and team leadership enables me to maintain a strong connection with the core aspects of our business.
On a personal note, I spend my time with family, friends, and my rescue cat, Maggie. I am committed to animal welfare and volunteer weekly at Humane Animal Rescue Pittsburgh. Fitness, self-development, and candle-making are also key interests of mine, alongside my love for cooking and exploring new restaurants. I am also the proud owner of a historic (very old!) rowhome in the vibrant Deutschtown neighborhood of Pittsburgh's Northside.

Hi, I'm Mike Novak, Managing Director at Lunova. I believe that people come first. I believe that a company can have a great process, a great product, or a great service, but that they won't maximize their value if they don't build the right team of people. I also believe that a company will not retain the right people if they don't value them as their most important asset. We are no different at Lunova, as we owe all of our success to the group of passionate, genuine, hard working individuals that have chosen to build their careers at our company.
I graduated from Lock Haven University with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management. Beginning my professional journey at Enterprise Holdings, I honed my skills in sales, communication, organization, and management. I then transitioned to ADP, where I specialized in selling HCM technology solutions to mid-size companies. It was during this time that I decided to follow my passion for people and joined the hard-working team at Lunova. It has been a journey learning all things recruiting, and I wouldn't change this experience for anything! In my role as the Office Manager at Lunova, I provide primary support by coordinating talent, creating marketing content, managing office administration, and overseeing inventory. Additionally, I am responsible for our community engagement efforts and organizing team activities. In 2023, my husband and I bought my childhood home in Dubois, PA, and I now work remotely full-time. But don't worry - you can still find me in our office on occasion Outside of work, you can find me working on house renovations, reading, working out, and hanging out with friends and family and my three cats and dog: Archie, Oliver, Milo, and Max. And when the weather permits, you can find me and my husband outside camping or hiking!

Hi, I'm Robbie! I am a graduate of Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. My professional journey has taken me from stage to the world of power tool and industrial sales followed by an unexpected stint in healthcare recruiting, which eventually led me to Lunova. It is here that I have discovered my passion for bringing people together and forming lasting connections.
Having spent five years captivating audiences on stage, my talent in the theatrical realm truly stands out. I've performed in acclaimed productions, including the Tony award-winning show, The Lost Colony. Beyond the spotlight, I am an avid football fan, passionately cheering for Auburn University and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

My career started upon my graduation from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sport Management. At that time, I felt that I should pursue my passion for sports as a career. I spent five great years with the Pittsburgh Pirates leading teams, training employees, and guiding the experience of guests at PNC Park. However, during this period, I came to the realization that while sports are a great passion of mine, it wasn't necessarily a passion I wanted to pursue as a career. In 2019, I made the decision to change career paths and join Lunova Group as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, I found a new passion that aligned with my personal and professional interests: the relationship between people and their career goals. As we say at Lunova, we want to work with companies who value their people as their greatest asset. My role in that mission is to be an active listener and understand the goals and ambitions of both candidates and clients to create a lasting match. I am committed to being a connector and focusing on the human element of today's workforce. In my personal life, I am still an avid sports fan supporting the local Pittsburgh professional teams and attending University of Pittsburgh football games as a Season Ticket Holder with my alumna wife, Alexis. Hi, I am Steph! Also known as Techy Stephy to everyone in the office.
I'm the brains behind our Industrial + Emerging Technologies team, sourcing top-tier Technical Sales, Finance, Operations, Safety, R&D, Engineering and Project Management leaders for various industries (plus many more, I love learning about a new role and industry!). But that's not all; I'm also the strategic mind creating Lunova's marketing strategies, website, and social media content. I love creating content and you can always find me taking photos at any Lunova event!
A proud alum of the University of Pittsburgh, I obtained my BS in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management. H2P! After 4 years in our Pittsburgh office, I now reside in the Philly area (yay for being closer to my family!) and work remote full-time.
When I'm not busy playing LinkedIn detective (guilty as charged), you can find me exploring new local restaurants with my family and friends, or diving into DIY projects. Oh, and have I mentioned my obsession with Home Goods? Updating my house decor is practically an art form for me. I also have two four-legged children - Blu Moon, the Morkie, and Benny, the Aussiedoodle. They are pretty cute

After my internship, I graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Marketing. Shortly after graduation, I went into a Market Development Manager role with ABARTA Coca-Cola for a couple years before returning to Lunova to become a Recruiting Manager.
Outside of work I like to hunt, fish, golf, and spend time with my wife Marla, and our Australian Shepherd, Oakley.
Hi! I'm Zack Neil, a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, holding a bachelor's degree in Theatre.
My academic journey continued with a master's from Western Illinois University, paving the way for a fulfilling nine-year career in higher education. Over the years, I was a hiring manager and supervisor taking the lead in training and nurturing talented teams. These roles taught me the importance of relationships and having the right people in key positions to achieve organizational goals.
Outside work, you'll often find me hitting the pavement for a run, doing yoga, or discovering the best coffee shops in Pittsburgh. When not on the move, my fiancé and I indulge in our love for local theaters, and spoiling our cat (as well as our nephews and niece)
