Elisa started her insurance carrier in 2005 dealing with life insurance premium financing. After giving birth to 3 children she took some time off before working with Allstate Insurance. In 2015 she joined PDI and handles the Personal Lines Department. Elisa is a problem solver and loves what she does. Elisa is the proud mother of 3 boys and enjoys watching her boys play baseball.
Elsa brings 16 years of Commercial Lines knowledge.
Elsa, started her insurance career with Old Republic Surety Company and has worked with top insurance companies, including niche insurance programs.At PDI Elsa brings her passion and knowledge and assists with their Liquor Store program.Elsa loves to workout and even did an infomercial for an exercise equipment called the Fat Burner. She spends her time at the gym and taking care of her 4lb Maltese Timmy!

John Paul "JP" Sutliff is an Account Manager / Administrative Assistant at Paul Diaz Insurance Agency servicing Group Health, while assisting with multiple commercial lines of coverage. He started working in the insurance industry as a professional office temporary in the year 2000, until he was hired full time by an A rated carrier where he worked in underwriting for over a decade. He has experience with underwriting, rating, and processing insurance policies for commercial and entertainment accounts. JP currently works on the broker side assisting clients with coverages and meeting underwriting requirements. JP also has nationwide B2B sales experience and has been a SAG/AFTRA Actor, Musician and Model for over 25 years.
Milton began working as an intern in August 2017 and quickly impressed Paul & Company with his attention to detail. Milton has helped with accounting and now handles commercial renewals and customer service. Milton resides in Los Angeles and is a lifelong Angelino.
Paul Diaz Insurance was established in 1978 in Huntington Park by Paul Diaz Sr., and has been a staple in the Southern California area offering all forms of insurance. In 2001, after graduating from UCLA, Paul Diaz Jr. followed in his father's footsteps and opened his own agency in Glendale, CA and is now located in Burbank, CA.
Paul is the founder of Paul Diaz Insurance Agency, Inc. After graduating from UCLA in 2001 Paul followed his father's footsteps and opened his own insurance agency. Since 2001 Paul has helped build PDI into one of the premier insurance agencies in Southern California.
Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also is a member of the UCLA Bruin Varsity Club, Provisors and several charitable organizations.
Yvette Snyder is responsible for all the accounting needs at PDI. She makes sure all policies and refunds are paid in a timely manner to ensure all clients are rightfully covered.
