For a number of years I followed a pretty standard performance approach to nutrition and training. This worked out okay for me, however over the longer term I began to experience sub-optimal recovery, which ultimately contributed to poor performances, injuries and illness... The knowledge I have gathered over the past 15 years allows me to deliver an integrated, evidence based, service to my clients balancing the structure of modern medicine with the power of performance nutrition and the fluidity of nutritional therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and herbalism... Over the last 17 years, I have been an athlete, worked with athletes on various aspects of performance, studied nutrition deeply and developed my own style of cooking that makes some of the healthiest food on the planet taste great!
