MEADVALE KARATE CLUB

Meadvale Karate Club started in 2009. It began as a karate based self-defence class originally for mums and their daughters in Reigate. We used karate techniques to learn how to keep safe whilst out and about. As the members wanted to progress further and formalise their training we became an official Karate Club and continued using traditional Shukokai/Shitoryu karate practises and techniques... We run 3 classes on Wednesday evenings. The earlier two are for children from age 5 to around 14 years old. The later class (8-9pm) is for adults and higher grade Juniors. There is no upper age limit for training at our sessions - we have a significant number of adults at our classes.
