Anthony L. Paolazzi, co-founder and partner of Merwin & Paolazzi, has a background in Construction, which enables him to be able to recognize the needs of the business owners as well as the individual client. Anthony received his B.A. in Business Administration from William Paterson College in 1989. Soon after graduating, he attended the Professional School of Business and obtained his insurance license and holds the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). With over 20 years of Insurance and Construction experience, Anthony remains committed to providing our clients with personalized service while maintaining the highest ethical standards with clients and companies alike. Anthony also is a Director for ANE (Agency Network Exchange).

Michael Merwin, founder and partner of Merwin & Paolazzi, has extensive insurance knowledge and holds the following professional designations: Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Michael received his B.A. in Economics from Montclair State College in 1976 and went on to receive his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson College in 1980. With over 30 years of insurance experience, carrier experience and agency experience, Michael delivers the best possible product and pricing to his clients. Michael also is a Director for ANE (Agency Network Exchange) as well as Director for PIANJ (Professional Insurance Agents of NJ)
