Migma has recently installed 18 sets of double-sided MassDOT-approved RRFB and flashing ped crossing sign systems at 9 crosswalks in a western town of MA. In this installation, each RRFB system features 25W solar panel and 20Ah battery. MUTCD-compliant pushbuttons with FCC-compliant wireless communication modules were used to actuate lights. In addition to RRFB, DPW also decided to add flashing ped crossing signs at each crosswalk. The entire systems were mounted on 12' x 2" square posts, which are installed by DPW itself.
