Christopher Lundy - CEO, President

Christopher Lundy serves as the president and CEO of Metro Search Partners. He founded the firm in 2014. Prior to opening MSP Chris was employed at two previous staffing firms. His first role after graduating from Villanova University in finance was that of a detail clerk in the FX futures options desk at GFI. The role was the pricing of the options, booking the trade and confirming it between the two banks. Chris was then promoted to a full broker position on the NDF, USD/CAD, AUD/USD desk. Where he covered several large CIB clients making markets and trading in the different currencies. He was a victim of the 2008/2009 recession. After being out work for a time he was presented with the opportunity to join a financial staffing firm. He was able to utilize his previous knowledge of markets and financial institution structure to accelerate his career in the recruiting business. Having the core knowledge allows him to relate to clients and candidates by speaking their language

Lauren English

Lauren English is Metro Search Partners Vice President of Recruitment as well as the head of our diversity efforts. Lauren graduated from Kean University as a business management major and English minor. After graduation, Lauren secured an internal sales position with ADT Corporate Home Security, as a security specialist for the Ultra High Net Worth clients in the tristate area. She left ADT to begin her recruiting career at a staffing firm in the New York City area, where she focused on placing specialized consultants across the financial service industry. In June of 2018 she join the Metro Search team. Lauren is responsible for managing the recruitment team. She oversees a team responsible for the sourcing of top candidates to be submitted to clients for their needs. Through programs such as R.A.P.I.D and other endeavors she is tasked with improving our diversity recruitment efforts so that we may be able to help our clients build their teams.
