Since starting at MarkeTeam in 2010, Allison has provided Analytic Services to International Relief, Health, Religious, Animal Welfare, and Advocacy clients. With over 15 years of experience in Data and Analytics, she now leads a team of analysts to support clients with a focus on Digital Analytics and Data Visualization. Allison holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is equal parts data-driven and business-minded. She is Google Analytics Certified and a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP(R)). Allison loves her furbaby, Ana, and traveling to find big adventure, good food, and fine wine.

Aundrea has over 17 years of advertising experience combined with a background in film and TV development. An adept storyteller, Aundrea enjoys concepting and developing new ways to inspire people to give freely to nonprofits. She has worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, Verizon, AT&T, Garnier, eHarmony, American Cancer Society, Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity, and more.

After starting out as a U.S. Navy meteorologist, Barbara switched to something even more volatile - direct marketing. With over 30 years of fundraising experience, Barbara has worked with dozens of non-profits in a variety of industry sectors, from start-ups to mature programs. In that time, she has learned that although most non-profits have similar challenges, each requires a different approach. When not designing personalized programs for her clients, Barbara's love for life includes her dogs, grandchildren, wine and travel.

Since starting at MarkeTeam in 2000, Jeff's primary focus has been Analytics although he now is in charge of the company's operations as well. Having established base skills for analytics and management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and while earning a Master of Science in Operations Research at Georgia Tech, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients. An avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and animal lover, Jeff cherishes his family and friends and having the ability to help others.

Pam earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech then immediately did a 180 to join the dark side - marketing and fundraising strategy. With over 15 years of experience, she uses her scientific background to push for results-driven solutions while striving for that personal touch from her love of connecting to people. She has a passion for team management and development that further elevates the team output. Her wealth of knowledge in a variety of nonprofit sectors combined with analytical and critical thinking skills has helped deliver integrated, multichannel strategies. Pam is powered by tea, and when not championing for our nonprofit clients, she is obsessed with her rescue pup, a good book, and amazing food.

With over 15 years of fundraising experience specializing in the health, international relief, and animal welfare sectors, Scott brings an immense amount of experience, leadership, and innovative, out-of-the-box integrated strategic thinking to our partners. His willingness to do whatever it takes for his client's success is only surpassed by our client's insistence on asking him to do that every day. Scott's unfortunate support of Atlanta sports is offset by the joy of his wife and three children.
