Ad Meliora started in 2011 and means "Towards better". Our goal is to give investors, big and small, a reliable alternative investment opportunity in the USA Real Estate market. To minimize risk we invest in good neighborhoods of world class cities like Boston. We look for projects where everyone is a winner, the investors get higher than industry standards returns, but we try to do this by improving the neighborhood. We renovate dilapidated buildings to improve streets, we develop underused land to improve neighborhoods. Currently, we manage about $200 million in assets for our investors.
