I was first introduced to Yoga in my early 20s and since then I have been discovering new foundations and the meaning of yoga in my daily life. Yoga goes far beyond our body, it is very spiritual practice in many ways. The practice has been transforming my life ever since, it helps me to make the right choices and aligns not only my body but my way of thinking. I'm truly grateful for it. I have completed multiple Yoga trainings, Stott Pilates and Meditation with inspiring teachers. Life is a never ending journey of learning and discovery. I am trained in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, my style is fluid, mindful with attention to breathing. It's an absolute honour and joy to be able to share the magic of yoga and see how the world is transforming around me - helping others to reach their utmost potential.

Andy Young

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
My yoga journey started as a way to repair my body after many years as a professional dancer. I soon became hooked on the physical and mental benefits that yoga brought to my life. I was an obsessed yogi and decided to take this obsession to the next level by training to become a yoga teacher, which opened my eyes to the philosophy, history and anatomy of yoga; since then, I haven't stopped being curious. Since completing my initial yoga teacher training, I have completed various certifications, including Rocket Yoga, Elemental Yoga and Inversion Technique; I am always on the look out for my next training course! I like classes I attend to be fun, challenging and uplifting and this is how I have developed my style of teaching. My classes are accessible and I encourage yogis to be creative with how they move. I believe that movement is medicine and I always aim for the yogis who attend my classes to feel nourished - physically and mentally.

Annabelle Wright

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
"Annabelle is a yoga teacher based in SW London. Coming from a performing background, Annabelle found a much needed sense of grounding and stability on her mat that was lacking in her career; it was a constant that always had her back. In her classes, she endeavours to create and hold space for unity, non-judgement, non-comparison, self-acceptance, positivity and inclusivity for all beings. Encouraging her students to practice mindfully and connect with the subtle signals our bodies give us to be fully present with ourselves. She hopes to remind students that yoga isn't just about the physical asana; this is merely just the start. It isn't about flexibility and the ability to touch your toes. It is about connecting with our inner, beginning the journey toward finding our true self; our harmonious self. Annabelle trained with Sampoorna Yoga in Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga and is soon to train in pre/post

Bibi Fabiola

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
I used to be a dancer, back in Brazil. After 14 years of living in London and working in a restaurant industry, I was trying to find something meaningful, that was when I came across yoga and fell completely in love with it. Studying yoga philosophy added the spiritual value to my practice and since then I've been fascinated about it. Yoga is love and love is all we need. My class will bring this love in form of a conscious movement, with a touch of spirituality and a lot of care. Be ready to be yourself and let your inner light shine.

Charlie Taylor

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
Jessica Marie discovered yoga in 2011 and 5 years later went to India to train as a teacher. She believes in yoga as a practice to clear your mind and honour the soul. She is patient, supportive and technically focused, with a love for being upside down. Jessica believes that although yoga might start off as a way to build physical strength and flexibility as it did for her, as the journey continues, yoga becomes an essential practice for creating positive, supportive self-care habits, and building a deeper and fuller connection to one's true self. She is trained in a range of styles, from dynamic vinyasa, Rocket, aerial yoga, and also in slower and softer yin, with experience teaching beginner to advanced students of all ages.

Chrissy Cook

Job Titles:
  • Instructor
Chrissy feels very lucky to have stepped onto the mat from an early age - practicing since she was 18. Having spent the last 6 years delving deep into the origin of yoga with svadhyaya (self study) as well as taking her 200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training, Toddler Yoga, Yoga for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, training in Sanskrit (Devanagari) and has just started her Introduction to teaching yoga in prisons. She has a strict 6 day a week practice but teaches in an inclusive way offering her classes to all as she believes yoga is for everyBODY. Chrissy strongly resonates with the idea of bringing the home of yoga in the east right onto your mat in the west so you can expect chanting and a lot of sanskrit! A quote from Chrissy, "often we associate anger with the past and fear with the future, so when we bring a relationship with the breath and the movement, we arrive into the present moment - which is where life really exists" Her classes offer a variety of challenges from holding planks to getting upside down - which she designs and puts together in a way that will test you both physically but more importantly; mentally, as you practice you begin to unravel layers of yourself that you didn't know existed before. Expect to sweat, but with a smile (because it's never an exercise for the face!) Her classes are strongly linked to her training in PTSD as she thrives to ensure her students always understand that they have an option; it's their practice not hers - she's just guiding. Allowing the practice of yoga to fit into them rather than them into yoga.

Connie's classes focus on the magical and often, life-changing, effect of synchronising breath with movement, allowing students to access their innate inner state of strength and calm.
