MTC is an Indianapolis, IN based company and was founded in 1995 and has been measuring patient satisfaction for providers and medical groups since 1998. MTC is a CMS approved vendor for CG-CAHPS, PCMH, PQRS, OAS, and HCAHPS surveys. Approximately 4,000 providers in more than 650 practices depend on our services for measuring patient satisfaction... For clients using statistically-driven surveys, MTC offers telephone, mail and email surveying. These survey methodologies are used by clients where strict data integrity is required for bonus calculations or internal publishing of provider rankings... For clients wanting broader input from patients at a lower cost, MTC offers anecdotal surveying - all patients are offered the survey rather than being chosen by MTC in a randomized sampling (as we would in a statistically-driven survey methodology.)
