At Naturli', our primary goal is to make tasty plant-based products, and where it is possible, we avoid allergens. Unfortunately, this isn't always possible. Soy and wheat gluten is especially suitable to make the meat-like structure, which we have in our new product Naturli' plant-based meat... The product can be used for a great variety of dishes, as you can spice it to your taste and pleasure. Our focus is on the use of the product. We don't quite understand why animals should have a monopoly on the definition of meat. From our perspective, the definition of meat is more about the texture.
