Background:
Ivan A. Sarkissian, co-founder of McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C., was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1997 and is admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Sarkissian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1993 and attended the Tulane University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Sarkissian was an associate editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Mr. Sarkissian is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on serving developers, designers, builders, and contractors. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Sarkissian has represented hundreds of clients in payment disputes, bid protests, termination, delay and disruption, mechanics liens, and defective construction. With his experience as a litigator, Mr. Sarkissian counsels clients on project risks and management of risk through drafting of contract language. Mr. Sarkissian has an active alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice and serves on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) construction panel of neutral arbitrators. The subject of the matters Mr. Sarkissian has handled is broad and includes disputes exceeding $100,000,000.00. Subjects include claims involving public-private partnerships (PPP), high rise residential and commercial development, industrial and warehouse facilities, resort and entertainment facility development, marijuana grow facilities, civil infrastructure improvements, including water, sanitary and storm sewer claims, stormwater management claims (SWMP), environmental contamination, groundwater, and claims related to construction-related products.

Kama McConaughy Sarkissian focuses her practice in all areas of family law. Ms. McConaughy Sarkissian has an extensive background in complex litigation, settlement negotiations, and appeals, having represented clients throughout the state of Colorado.
Ms. McConaughy Sarkissian is experienced in representing clients in all areas of family law, from financially complex divorce cases to high profile custody matters. While she strives to develop creative settlement solutions for her clients, she has the litigation experience necessary to successfully represent her clients in court when settlement is not possible. Ms. McConaughy Sarkissian is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, CBA Family Law Section, and the Arapahoe Bar Association.
She is married with three hockey playing children. In her free time, she enjoys playing and watching ice hockey, skiing, and spending time with her family.
Background:
Tyler M. Campbell is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Colorado. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While attending, Mr. Campbell interned with a boutique regulatory affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Campbell gained further regulatory experience as a research associate with the New York State Science & Technology Law Center. Prior to law school, Mr. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in Economics and Communications from Colorado State University. Prior to joining McConaughy & Sarkissian, Mr. Campbell worked as an associate attorney at a creditor's rights firm based in Santa Ana, California and Littleton, Colorado.
Mr. Campbell, his wife, and dog live in Castle Rock and spend their free time enjoying the mountains by hiking, biking and skiing. When not in the Mountains, they can usually be found at one of Colorado's local craft breweries.
