Admiral Michael Rogers is the former director of the National Security Agency (NSA), the former chief of the Central Security Service, and the former commander of the U.S. Cyber Command. One of the most-knowledgeable intelligence professionals and cybersecurity experts, Rogers assumed those posts in April of 2014 and retired in June of 2018, marking 37 years of service. He served under both Presidents Trump and Obama and oversaw the NSA and Cyber Command responses to both the Snowden leaks and Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. He also put the NSA through its largest reorganization in 20 years and led the creation and operationalization of the nation's cyber mission force, culminating in the elevation of Cyber Command to the senior-most command level in the DOD.

Barbara Massa is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at NightDragon, responsible for supporting the firm's portfolio with advancing operations and talent strategies, as well as supporting the firm's operations and investments. Barbara brings more than 25 years of experience in the CSSP space to the team from startups to mature Fortune 500 businesses. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Business Operations at Mandiant (acquired by Google) as well as Vice President of Global Talent and Diversity at McAfee. She has also held similar executive leadership roles at EMC and Documentum, as well as sits on numerous boards of directors. Barbara has been awarded YWCA's Silicon Valley TWIN award for outstanding executive leadership and is a recognized thought leader on progressive talent attraction strategies and on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Courtney has nearly 20 years of experience on Wall Street in institutional client services and capital raising. Most recently, Courtney worked as Executive Director at a placement agent where she raised assets for a wide breadth of private equity funds that included buyout, growth, venture, real estate and infrastructure. Prior to her time with the placement agent, Courtney spent over eight years in-house at a dual strategy investment management firm leading fundraising and investor relations for both the firm's private equity secondary strategy and their public equity small cap strategy. There she also gained operational expertise in the areas of fund administration and compliance. Courtney has deep roots in San Francisco and began her career on the Syndicate Desk of Thomas Weisel Partners. Courtney received a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis where she graduated with High Honors. Dorin Baniel brings a decade of experience to the NightDragon team largely focused on the venture capital space within the Israeli technology ecosystem. Most recently, Dorin served as Vice President at Glilot Capital Partners where she built and managed the firm's Advisory Board of 150+ C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) and led all aspects of portfolio development and growth for 20+ Israeli enterprise software companies from seed to scale, seven of which were acquired (including Cider Security - acquired by Palo Alto Networks and IntSights - acquired by Rapid7). Her direct work with Founders includes creating and achieving product-market and GTM fit, as well as game-changing deals with customers, partners, strategic advisors, and investors. She's worked on numerous strategic investment deals and the raise of multiple VC funds. Joe brings a decade of experience advising founders, investors, executives, and boards across the tech landscape. As an investment banker at JP Morgan and UBS, he guided clients on strategic partnerships, securing growth capital to fund innovation, M&A, and making the leap from private to public markets-all the critical path events that companies must navigate as they scale and build enduring businesses. Over the course of his career, Joe has partnered with key players across the cybersecurity sector, including CrowdStrike, Tenable, RSA, ForgeRock, NortonLifeLock, and BeyondTrust, among many others. Most recently, he led Business Development & Strategy for an early-stage content management & delivery startup where he played a key role in building out the go-to-market and partnerships function.

Josiah Hsiung brings a decade of experience advising, investing, and operating high-growth technology companies. Sridhar Jayanthi has been a software product executive for over 30 years, including the last 20 years in cybersecurity. As a global executive at McAfee and FireEye/Mandiant, Sridhar has led over 40 product teams across US, India, China and Europe. Sridhar has established product organizations from the ground-up in multiple countries and helped create today's largest cybersecurity talent pool in the world. Prior to joining his former colleagues at NightDragon, Sridhar was the General Manager at EclecticIQ B.V., which acquired PolyLogyx, the endpoint security startup he co-founded. Sridhar is a veteran angel investor and a member of Young President's Organization. Sridhar received his masters degrees in manufacturing engineering at Northwestern University, and mechanical engineering at State University of New York.
