OUR LADY OF MERCY REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL - Key Persons
Mr. Bill Delaney has been teaching in Catholic Schools since 2005. He grew up in Horsham and attended St. Catherine's of Siena Catholic School from kindergarten until 8th grade. Mr. Delaney earned his B.S degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University. He also has a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Neumann University. He has is Health and P.E certification in grades Pre-K to 12th grade. He also has his certification in Safety and Drivers Education in grades 6th to 12th grade.
Mr. Delaney has been married to his wife Maureen since 2008. He is the proud father of two girls Faith and Abby. Both of his daughters currently attend Our Lady of Mercy Regional School.
Mr. Delaney is an avid fan of the four major Philadelphia sports teams as well as all of the sports teams at his Alum Mater Penn State University. He enjoys coaching his daughter's soccer and basketball teams in his spare time. Mr. Delaney is also a member of the Knights of Columbus at his home parish of St. Catherine's Siena.

Mrs. Caroline Maher has been teaching for over 25 years. Growing up in a hard-working, first-generation Italian-American family, Mrs. Maher earned her way toward a B.S. in Elementary Education from Temple University in 1980. She also earned her Pennsylvania certification in Middle-Level Math for grades 7-9.
Mrs. Maher has been married to her husband, Tom, since 1985. She is the proud mother of two children, Christine and Tom Jr, born in 1987 and 1990. Christine taught for ten years in the School District of Philadelphia and currently is a High School ESL Teacher with the Avon Grove School District in Chester County. Christine's husband Patrick is the Athletic Director for Strath Haven High School in Delaware County. Tom Jr. began teaching music in 2014 at Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts in Bethlehem, Pa.
Mrs. Maher is an avid Phillies and Temple Owls fan. She also enjoys bowling, having belonged to a variety of leagues. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and extended family, especially on their summer vacation in Frisco, NC, on the Outer Banks!
With her family and teaching at the forefront of her life, Mrs. Maher is grateful for everything life has brought her and carries that passion and gratitude in and out of the classroom.
