Our store opened December 15th, 2018 and we are very excited to be apart of the Midwest City, and greater OKC community. We are a local non-franchised company that is family owned. We strive to provide the best coffee and customer service around at a competitive price... Our name "Open Flame" is a tribute to how coffee use to be roasted. Our goal in roasting coffee is to highlight each origins unique flavor profile... Coffee is something that not only is important to us but is a culture we have been apart of for years. Coming from the Seattle area we have been apart of the coffee scene since the early 2000's.
