Amanda Webb is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a master's degree from Seton Hill University. She believes the mind-body connection is a very important aspect of health and encourages her patients to take an active role in their health and well-being to reach their health goals.
She has over 10 years clinical experience in a variety of fields: Primary Care, Urgent Care, Sports Medicine, and Aesthetics. Her love of medicine stems from a sports injury in high school where a Physician Assistant helped her through recovery. At UCLA, she was able to help the student health population by guiding, teaching, and empowering students through their own health issues journey.
Amanda's leisure time is spent in the outdoors enjoying nature, spending time with her family, doing power flow yoga, and listening to music on her spin bike.
Daneen holds an Associates Degree in Sports Medicine Technology and received her physical therapy training at the University of Pittsburgh in 1992. A dedicated professional, she has acquired over 1500 hours of continuing education and is fluent in Spanish to facilitate OnPoint's non-English speaking population.
Prior to assuming her duties at OnPoint, Daneen served as the Director of Physical Medicine at Denver Injury and Evaluation Center for 12 years and worked at HealthMark medical center in Denver. Her great joy is working one-on-one with her patients, helping them achieve a higher level of function.

Dr. Chase Blackford is a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His passion toward medicine stemmed from his work with the Civil Air Patrol, where he served as a first responder and field medic. He was later promoted to the commander of Squadron 302 and worked with the U.S. Air Force to train future recruits. He graduated Arizona State University with a bachelor's in Microbiology, with a focus on disease management and epidemiology. For many years he worked with the county epidemiologic service to map the outbreak of HIV/AIDS within the underserved populations. He then transitioned to work with the Maricopa County Sherriff's Department where he served as a first responder and a member of the Community Emergency Response Team. His experience as a first responder has shaped his patient care to emphasize compassion and perseverance. Dr. Blackford completed medical school at Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana, prior to attending residency in sunny Palm Springs, California. There he served as the chief medical student coordinator, with a passion to one day to become a teaching physician.
My name is Dr. Joshua Axman and I am a family medicine physician. I was born and raised in sunny Miami, Florida and I am so excited for a change of scenery in Denver! I went to the University of Florida for my bachelors degree in Biology and Nova Southeastern University for Medical School. I decided to become a family medicine physician after participating in a medical mission trip to Jamaica in medical school, where I was able to provide healthcare to those without access to it. I completed my residency at Palmetto General Hospital and I was elected the Chief Resident of my program, which was a great honor. What I love most about primary care medicine, is that every day is different than the last and that I am constantly learning something new. I love problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and working with my patients to improve their health and well-being. In particular, I enjoy practicing preventative medicine, osteopathic manipulation, sports medicine, and management of chronic disease. In my free time I love to travel around the world, hike, ski, play basketball, cook, and visit family.

Dr. Flansburg is a native of Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. from Kutztown State College in 1982 and received his post-graduate degree in Chiropractic in 1986 from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. After graduation, Dr. Flansburg moved to Colorado and began his own chiropractic practice in 1988.
Dr. Flansburg has an extensive background in nutrition as well as nutritional supplements. Dr. Flansburg ‘s specialties include: Chiropractic Care, Chiropractic Adjustments, Women's Health (PMS & Infertility), Sports Injuries, and Children's Healthcare.
Jacki is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with a Master's of Science in Nursing from Walden University and then went on the pursue her Family Nurse Practitioner degree through the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She has experience in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Family Medicine and Dermatology. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has a passion for preventative medicine and the education of her patients. Through collaboration with her patients, she will help them determine what health goals are important to them and help them achieve those goals. Jacki believes that education is powerful. It is important to her, as a provider, to always listen carefully to the patient and include them in all decisions related to their health. Jacki enjoys practicing in the family medicine setting because it is constantly changing and encourages her to continue learning. Jacki is a Native to Colorado and loves the summers here. She enjoys hiking, biking, and walking. In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano, baking and being with her family.
Dr. Hanks grew up in Illinois and graduated in 1970 from Bradley University with a major in psychology. With the influence of his father and older brother, both chiropractors, he entered the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, graduating in 1974.
Dr. Hanks has been in Denver since 1975, is board-certified in chiropractic orthopedics, has a master's degree in healthcare systems, and has served on the postgraduate faculty of four chiropractic colleges. His interests include writing as a columnist for DC Magazine, gardening, judging BBQ contests, and playing with his eight grandchildren.

Michael Van Pelt is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in primary care at OnPoint Family Medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at the University of Northern Iowa and then earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Des Moines University.
He was born in Iowa where he spent most of his life until moving to Minnesota to work as a hospitalist after receiving his master's degree. Michael enjoys primary care for the variety, collaboration, building patient relationships, and helping patients achieve a healthier life. In his spare time he enjoys travel, skiing, and training for triathlons.

Dr. Panter first received her degree at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine. Her greatest passion is working with each individual to develop a health care plan that reflects personal preferences, incorporates/demystifies healthcare guidelines, and brings confidence that optimum women's health is a reachable goal. This includes listening to every story and providing the highest level of technical expertise that seems necessary, both surgical and medical.
At Healthmark, there is also the additional benefit of having great in-house experts in other medical fields. She works with many providers across many areas and understands that the "loop of care" involves feedback to primary providers as soon and as often as possible.

Rianne Clark is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care with the aim of helping each patient achieve his or her health goals along with achieving his or her optimal level of health and wellness. She believes that education, collaboration, and open communication are key components in helping her patients achieve this. Rianne enjoys providing primary care services to patients across the lifespan: preventative medicine along with management of a multitude of acute and chronic conditions.
Rianne received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She spent over six years as a nurse caring for patients in the hospital setting before earning her graduate degree in nursing from Regis University in Denver. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
In her spare time, Rianne likes to travel and spend time outdoors enjoying some of the many activities Colorado has to offer: hiking, biking, and snowboarding.
Shelby is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and a dual minor in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health.
She has medical experience in Trauma Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical Intensive Care, Neurological Intensive Care, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she particularly enjoys building patient relationships to encourage and foster improved health to optimize her patient's overall quality of life. Shelby loves primary care because it is always different. She enjoys practicing preventative medicine, women's health, cardiology, and the management of chronic conditions. In her spare time Shelby enjoys reading, running, and gardening. Additionally, as a Colorado native, Shelby enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Theresa Holsan began her nursing career over 30 years ago working in OB-GYN. She then realized her love was primary care and has been working with entire families, including several tri-generational ones, for more than 20 years. She sees children from the time they are born and adults through their twilight years.
Being a Colorado native and life-long learner Theresa opted to earn her degrees in Denver; her advanced degrees include a Master's in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Regis University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has created a "New Parent's Handbook". Her doctoral research focused on improving hypertension; she presented the findings locally, nationally, and internationally. She has presented on improving End-Of-Life care for patients to nurse educators. She has served multiple terms on the Colorado Nursing Board. Although she has retired from teaching in the classroom at Regis University, she remains a clinical faculty.
Specialties: Theresa works to partner with patients to help them reach their healthcare goals. In addition to routine medical care, she is trained to perform minor office surgical procedures and many GYN procedures such as skin biopsies, trigger point injections, Nexplanon and IUD insertions, colposcopies (to evaluate abnormal paps) and endometrial biopsies (to evaluate post-menopausal bleeding).
