ORMEAU HEALTH CENTRE

The practice began in Donegal Pass, Belfast. As the practice expanded Dr Alasdair McDonnell & Dr Beman Khosravi moved into the old Ormeau Road Health Centre, just across from where we are today. In 2005 we built a new Ormeau Health Centre at 120 Ormeau Road where we continue to serve the local community today... We are still offering the Flu and Shingles Vaccines to those in the eligible groups, 2023/2024. In addition to this we are, from January 2024 offering the Flu Vaccine to all patients aged 50-64 years who are not in any at risk groups... We are a recognized Queens University Teaching practice for medical students & will soon be taking a new influx of graduate entry students on placement from the recently established Ulster University School of Medicine.
