Pablo Medina is a Certified Public Accountant with combined public and corporate accounting experience at top national public accounting firms and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Medina currently serves as Director and Controller of Outsourced Accounting Services at Grennan Fender, LLP.
With over 12 years of experience, Mr. Medina has developed considerable experience in internal controls, and in the application of AICPA and PCAOB auditing and financial reporting standards, as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
Mr. Medina has a proven ability to develop and implement process and procedures in alignment with US GAAP to enhance department efficiency and increase bottom-line productivity, as well as to maintain appropriate internal controls around operating processes. Mr. Medina is bilingual proficient in English and Spanish.
Rich Sutter is licensed as a CPA in the State of Florida. He has over thirty years of experience as a CPA dealing with various types of financial and tax issues for not-for-profit organizations, homeowner associations, construction contractors, government contractors, service companies, wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, franchisors, and financial institutions. Originally from Long Island, New York, Rich and his wife Nancy live in Melbourne with their four children.
