Coach Kinkelaar is in his first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Ottawa University bowling programs.
Kinkelaar has his USBC Level 1 Coaching Certification, his USBC Bronze Level Coaching Certification, his SBC Silver Coach certification, is a staff coach at Mission Bowl in Olathe, Kan., coached the 2017 USA Bowling U12 Midwest Regional Champions, and from 2016 to 2018 was coach of the Kansas City Corporate Challenge Women's Division A Team.
Kinkelaar was appointed to the Wy-Jon USBC Board of Directors in 2018 and was named Chairman of the Wy-Jon USBC Youth Development Committee. He also volunteers with The Whole Person Sight Impaired Bowling Group.
Kinkelaar has had a successful bowling career. He earned the Bronze at the 2006 Sunflower Games Men's Scratch, won the 2007 Hawthorn Bank PBA Open ProAm, earned Silver at the 2009 Sunflower Games Men's Scratch, was awarded Bronze at the 2012 and 2014 Sunflower Games Men's Scratch, won the 2016 Ward Parkway 9-Pin No Tap, finished runner-up at the 2017 Ward Parkway 9-Pin No Tap, and earned the 2017 Wy-Jon 11 in a row award. Kinkelaar has nine 300 games to date, unsanctioned.

Coach Rickert is in his first season as an assistant coach with the OU bowling program.
Before coming to Ottawa University, Rickert was the owner/operator of Stryxx Pro Shop in Grawn, Mich. He holds certifications from Ebonite Powerhouse Training Clinic in 2015, Innovative/Brunswick Advance Pro Shop Clinic in 2016 and 2018 and is an IBSPIA HOTS/Master Technician. Brian is also an USBC Bronze Level Coach and a regional staff member with Radical Bowling Technologies. Rickert also was a board member of the USBC Traverse City Bowling Association.
Rickert was the head women's bowling coach at Traverse City West High School from 2013-19. He became Director of the bowling program in the 2014-15 season. While at TCWHS, Rickert led the women to six straight Great Northwest High School Conference Championships and 53 straight conference match victories. He took over as head coach for the men's program in 2018-19 and improved the men from three consecutive 5-4 records to a finish of 7-2 with a sophomore making it to the Michigan State Singles Finals.
He was twice named Great Northwest High School Conference Women's Coach of the Year, had six state finalists (five women, one man), three bowlers went on to bowl collegiately, and coached nine junior gold qualifiers. Rickert finished his high school coaching career with a women's record of 53-0 and a men's record of 7-2.
Rickert began bowling at the age of eight, has be involved in the sport for 40 years, and has spent over 20 years as a volunteer youth coach. He has bowled seven 300 games and has a high series of 814. Rickert won the Allentown Men's City Tournament in 2004, the Northern Michigan Doubles Championship in 2018, and won the Traverse City Men's City Tournament in 2019.
Rickert graduated with a degree in physical education from Taylor University.

Coach Chenoa (Shuh - Noah) Rhoades is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the OU bowling programs.
Rhoades spent two years as a member of the Wichita State University bowling program. While at WSU she earned an exemption from tryouts to bowl on the Women's Select Team. Rhoades made the USA Junior Team in 2015, leading four, five game blocks of qualifying at Junior Gold, the most prestigious youth bowling tournament in the nation.
Rhoades was champion of the singles event at the 2015 Youth Open Championships, she was the 2014 Indiana Queens Champion, and was named the 2012-13 Illinois Bowler of the Year as part of the Illinois Sport Scholarship Tour. Rhoades was named to the all-tournament teams at the 2013 UNOH Racer Kickoff (3 rd place), the 2014 Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge (1 st place), the 2014 National Team Match Games (3 rd place), and the 2016 Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge (4 th place).
Rhoades bowled a Clean 30 Set at the USBC Open Championships in 2017. She has bowled all over the United States and has received training from some of the top coaches in the world through Kegel Training Center and the ITRC, home of USA Bowling.
Rhoades will graduate from Baker University in the spring of 2018 with a degree in exercise science with a minor in business. She will work on her second degree in radiology technology after graduation from BU.

Swartz is in his first season as a student assistant for the Ottawa University bowlling programs. He spent three seasons on the OU men's bowling team.
2019-20: Swartz playedin 39 games as a senior, He played in 11 Tier 1 games and and 28 Tier 2 games. Swartz had a 6489 pin total and a 1649.586 pin average. He had a season high 1094 pin total at Andy B's Team Chllenge and a season high 206 average at the Hoosier Classic.
2018-19: Swartz played in 30 games in his junior season. He played in 15 Tier 1 games and 15 Tier 2 games. Swartz had a 5082 pin total and a 169.4 average. He had a season high 828 pin total at the Hoosier Classic and a season high 222 average at the Team Match Games.
2017-18: In his first collegiate season, Swartz had a pin total of 8540 and a 167.45 average. He played in 51 games. Swartz had a season high 1079 pins and a 179.83 average at the Rebel Invitational.
High School: Swartz earned three letters in bowling for Derby High School. He was a three-time regional participant for DHS. Swartz has been bowling for eight years.

Coach Poston is in his seventh season as the head coach of the OU men's and women's bowling program. He was named University Director of Bowling Operations in the summer of 2022 for the OUAZ and OUKS bowling programs.
In his previous six seasons at the helm of the women's program, Poston has led the Braves to two NAIA National Tournament appearances (2022-23, 2020-21), has had six USBC Post Season appearances, earned two KCAC Coach the Year honors, had 29 top 10 tournament finishes, five tournament individual champions, eight team tournament championships, one USBC Intercollegiate Singles National Championship qualifier, one NAIA All-American, one KCAC Player of the Year, one KCAC Newcomer of the Year, coached 12 All-KCAC performers, and had 18 named to All-Tournament teams.
In his prior six seasons leading the men's program, he has led the Braves to five USBC post season appearances, two NAIA National Tournaments (2021 NAIA Final 4), one ITC Tournament appearance, five tournament champion championships, one NAIA Unaffiliated Tournament Championship, one NAIA All-American, one USBC ISC qualifier, nine All-Conference selections, one conference bowler of the year, three individual tournament champions, 16 All-Tournament selections and coached Daniel Hall to the ISC Dallas Regional Tournament Championship in 2018-19. He was named the 2020-21 NAIA Unaffiliated Coach of the Year.
Poston has been involved in bowling for more than 35 years and coaching for more than 20 years. He has also spent time on the PBA Regional Tour, winning the Gardner Master's Floor Covering Championship in 1999. From 2011 to 2015, he was President of the Kansas Bowling Coaches Association. Poston was named to the 2019 Kansas State USBC Hall of Fame and the 2018 USBC Kaw Valley Topeka Bowling Association Hall of Fame.
Before coming to Ottawa University, Poston was the head men's and women's bowling coach at Topeka Seaman High School (2009-2017). While at Seaman, he coached the varsity and junior varsity teams, which consisted of 26 to 30 men and women. Poston was named the 2017 Kansas Bowling Coach of the Year, the Kansas 5A Coach of the Year, and he was named the 2016-17 Midwest Sectional Coach of the Year for girls bowling. He scheduled fundraisers, handled the teams scheduling and organized practices. Poston helped lead the men's team to a record of 411-77 and the women's team to a record of 331-121 during his tenure. The men's team has had six Kansas State Tournament appearances and four top three team finishes, including the 2017 KSHSAA 5A-1A Kansas State Team Championship. The women's team had two regional championship runner-up finishes, a 2017 regional championship, and won the 2011 KSHSAA 5A-1A Kansas State Team Championship.
Poston was named the 2012 Centennial League Coach of the Year, the 2011 Kansas State Coach of the Year, the 2011 5A-1A Coach of the Year, the 2011 Topeka Seaman High School Coach of the Year, and the 2010 Centennial League Coach of the Year.
Prior to that, Poston was the head men's and women's bowling coach at Topeka West High School from 2005 to 2009. He started the program at TWHS, leading the Charger men's team to a record of 132-49. The Chargers qualified twice for the Kansas State Tournament, finishing second in 2007. Under Poston's leadership, the women's team finished with a record of 153-34 which included two regional championships and three top three team finishes at the Kansas State Tournament.
In Poston's 12 years at the high school level, he has a boy's coaching record of 543-126 and a girls coaching record of 484-155.

Coach Bauer is in his first season as an assistant coach with the OU men's bowling program.
Bauer was a member of the bowling team at the University of Kansas. He was named to the All-Tournament team for two tournaments as a senior and had a top 20 average. Bauer was a record holder and champion for the Greater Ozarks Tournament in Springfield, Mo. in the all events scratch division. He won the Jerry Severn Tournament in South Dakota. Bauer finished fourth in 2015 at the PBA Southwest Open in Fort Sill, placed third in 2014 at the All Events Scratch Greater Tulsa Open, finished fifth in 2013 at the PBA Junction City Bowl Southwest/Midwest Open, was a Kansas Youth State All-Events Doubles and Team Champion, and finished second at the Kansas 6A State Tournament. Bauer has competed in Germany, Italy, and throughout the United States.
Bauer graduated from KU in December of 2015 with a bachelors of general studies in communication studies with a minor in leadership studies. Outside of bowling, he has over 150 hours of community service for boys and girls club, big brothers big sisters, junior achievement, and at Milford Elementary School.
Bauer competes in PBA Tournaments and is on the Ebonite International (EBI) Amateur Staff.

Coach Quidachay is in his first season as a gradate student assistant coach with the OU men's and women's bowling programs.
Quidachay was a two-time Second Team All-KCAC selection. He was named to the All-Tournament Team at the 2020-21 Bronco Open and the 2020-21 Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge I.

Wilson is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the OU bowling program.
Wilson competed collegiately at Wichita State University from 2000-2003, where she earned honors as the 2000 USBC Collegiate Rookie of the Year and was also a three-time collegiate All-American. Wilson was also the first woman to shoot an 800 series at the USBC Open.
Wilson has also earned honors on the international scale as a member of Junior Team USA in 1999, 2000, and 2003. She was a member of Team USA in 2001 and 2002, where she was a representative in the 2001 World Cup and placed third at the site in Pattaya, Thailand. She earned another third-place finish in the Queens Telecast in 2006. Wilson was also the first woman to shoot an 800 series at the USBC Open Championships.

Kent transitions into the first year as a graduate assistant, following two years at Ottawa as a member of the women's bowling team.
2020-21: Kent played in 19 games for Ottawa as a junior and finished with an average of 174.579. Kent had a pin total of 1,086 and an average of 181 to earn 11 th at the Baker NAIA Invitational. She placed 64 th at the USBC Sectionals with a pin total of 1,055.
2019-20: Kent played in 48 games, 18 Tier 1 Event games and 30 Tier 2 Event games. She finished the year with a pin total of 8119 and a 169.1 average. Kent had a pin total of 3245 and a 180.2 average in Tier 1 Event games. She had an average of 162.4 and a pin total of 4874 in Tier 2 Event games. Kent had a season high 1038 pin total at the Leatherneck Classic and a 199 average at the Las Vegas Invitational.
Baker University: At Baker University, Kent had a 172 average in 21 games in Tier 1 Events and had a 180 average in 26 games at Tier 2 Events.

Coach Maida is in his fourth season as the assistant coach for the OU men's and women's bowling program.
In his previous three seasons, Maida has helped the OU women's team to a 2022-23 NAIA National Tournament appearance, has coached one KCAC Player of the Year, one KCAC Newcomer of the Year, eight All-KCAC performers, five team tournament championships, two individual tournament champions, and helped the Braves to two USBC post season appearances. He has helped the men's team to three USBC post season appearances, a NAIA Final 4 appearance, a ITC Tournament appearance, three tournament championships, nine All-Conference performers, and one All-American.
Maida has an impressive resume, not only as a coach, but also as a player. Maida has earned two conference championships, three state appearances in three years and two state trophies in back-to-back years in his coaching career.
He was a collegiate bowler at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. At Clarke, he was named team captain for the Pride bowling team. Maida was a two-time national championship qualifier, charting 7th- and 14th-place finishes. He had a Top-10 finish at the NAIA Championships, while also being a Warhawk champion, Oshkosh champion and a Conference Champion. Also at Clarke, Maida had three All-Tournament team finishes. Maida has been prestigious in his personal bowling life as well, having scored 300 a total of 13 times with a high series of 785.
