As Oreana Property Group's Director of Property, Chris Raywood oversees the group's development program including medium density housing, land subdivision, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Dr Isaac Poole is Oreana's Chief Investment Officer and brings a wealth of knowledge from high profile financial positions to his critical role.
With a career spanning central banking, risk management, asset allocation and investment consulting, Isaac has held positions including Chief Economist at NSW Treasury Corporation where he was tasked with debt financing and investment management for the NSW Government; and Manager of Economic Risk at Lloyds Banking Group.
Prior to joining Oreana, Issac was the Head of Capital Markets Research APAC at Willis Towers Watson where he contributed to asset allocation decisions, macro-economic analysis and investment research for a global company with more than $107 billion in assets under management and $2.3 trillion assets under advisory.
He has worked with major sovereign wealth funds, government agencies and pension funds.
Isaac holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Sydney and studied at the University of Oxford and the University of Tasmania. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® holder through the Investment and Wealth Institute™.

Eanna O'Duill is Oreana's Head of People & Culture, responsible for leading the People and Culture function across the Oreana Group, with a focus on organisational growth and the development of Oreana's culture.
Eanna brings more than 20 years' experience to his role across a broad range of disciplines including 15 years in strategic HR management.
Acting as a trusted People and Culture leader, Eanna provides strategic and operational expertise to stakeholders across the group, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, capability and leadership development.
Prior to joining Oreana, Eanna held a number of People and Culture roles across a variety of industries including professional services, software engineering and finance. Ranging from small scale start-up businesses through to global listed organisations, Eanna's breadth of experience ensures he is ideally placed to support Oreana on its growth journey.

Jonathan Christie is the General Manager of Financial Services at Oreana Financial Services where he oversees the operations and growth of the business.
With more than 16 years of banking and wealth management experience across the UK and Australia, Jonathan brings a deep understanding of private banking, investment, superannuation and financial planning to his role.
Prior to joining Oreana, Jonathan was the General Manager for Wealth Services at National Australia Bank (NAB) Private where he was responsible for wealth advice, markets, foreign exchange and trustee services for the bank's most complex families and clients.
Jonathan has also overseen NAB's private banking in NSW, covering 160 bankers and 5,000 clients with $11 billion in lending and $7 billion in deposits.
Jonathan has served as the Board Chair of Caribe Asset Management, Chair of the NAB Private Investment Committee and is a Member of the National Australia Trustee Board.

Kate is a marketing, communications and sales specialist, with significant experience in both the B2C and B2B space. Whilst her category experience is diverse and includes (but not limited to) policy and media relations, education, health, not-for-profit and automotive, Kate has a genuine and deep-seated passion for property development and creating vibrant, future-focused communities.
As Director of Property, Paul heads up Oreana's Major Projects portfolio in retail, commercial and mixed-use developments, overseeing the planning and delivery of retail and mixed-use assets.

Richard Podkriznik is the Managing Director of Oreana Homes overseeing the residential construction arm of Oreana Group and developing growth strategies for the business.

Tony Sass co-founded Oreana Group in 1999 and continues to lead its growth and operations globally as Co-Managing Director.
Tony has more than 20 years' experience in the property industry and more than 16 years' experience in executive leadership at a Melbourne-based Family Office. He has successfully overseen the establishment and management of a variety of operating companies across a broad range of property and financial services interests.
Since co-founding Oreana Group, Tony has delivered a wide range of projects from boutique residential developments to large-scale mixed-use commercial developments, equating to more than $1 billion in end value.
As part of the group's diversification and growth strategy, Tony led the acquisition of National Australia Bank's Private Wealth Advisory capability in Asia, which has been integrated into Oreana Financial Services.
