PARLIN DUPONT FCU

The Parlin DuPont Finishes Employees Federal Credit Union was formed by employees of the DuPont Finishes Department in Parlin, NJ on the 29th of June 1937. We were assigned Charter Number #2246 by the Farm Credit Administration (now the National Credit Union Administration - NCUA). The Credit Union originally served the employees and immediate family members, of the Fabrics and Finishes Department of the Finishes Division of E.I DuPont de Nemours and Company, Inc. On February 11, 1983 the Credit Union changed its Charter to include the employees and immediate family members of E.I DuPont de Nemours and Company who work in Parlin New Jersey. So, not only the employees of the Finishes Department, but also Photo Products and any other Department located in Parlin, New Jersey. Our Name was changed to Parlin DuPont Employees Federal Credit Union. Since then, we have grown from a Share and Loans Credit Union to a full service financial institution... Credit unions are not-for-profit..
